Das Zimmer sind 12 qm groß und sehr hell, beide Zimmer sind hofseitig gelegen und somit ist es sehr leise. Da es im Sommer in Wien echt heiß werden kann, hast du/ihr einen Glückstreffer gelandet, denn beide Zimmer sind im Sommer echt kühl. Für deine Klamotten und weiteren Stuff machen wir natürlich Platz :) Doch im Zimmer werdet du/ihr warscheinlich nicht oft abhängen da wir ein rießiges Wohnzimmer mit Minikicker haben.

The rooms are 12 qm in size and very bright, both are on the courtyard side, so it's very quiet. The rooms are also really cool, thats good because it can be really hot in the summer in Vienna. You'll have much space for your clothes and stuff, for even more space we have another large closet in the hallway and a biiig livingroom to chill and for playing tablesoccer.
Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk (Grenze 18.) Parallelstraße von der Kreuzgasse und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Straßenbahnen 42 und 9 sind in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, sowie die Linien 40,41,43, N41,N43 (sind ebenfalls in Gehweite). Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist Michelbeuern AKH, wo du mit der U6 auch direkt zur die Donauinsel fahren kannst. Weiters gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Billa, Eurospar, Hofer, Penny). Wir haben nicht nur Essen in unserer Nähe, sondern auch schöne Parks wie z.B. der Türkenschanzpark und der Währinger Park.

The apartment is located in the 17th District (Border 18). The trams 42 and 9 can be reached in 2 minutes, as well as the lines 40, 41, 43, N41, n43 (are also in walking distance). The nearest subway station is Michelbeuern AKH, where you can also go directly to the Donauinsel with the U6. There are many shopping facilities nearby (Billa, Eurospar, Hofer, Penny). We also have beautiful parks around us, the Türkenschanzpark and the Währinger Park.
In der WG leben Deniese, Maja, Manuel und Jana (that's me). Manuel, Maja und Ich arbeiten im Sommer in Südtirol, somit ist nur Deniese manchmal in der WG, sie ist just toll!
Wir sind sehr flexiebel was das Mietverhältnis angeht, man kann auch nur einen Monat mieten z.B.
Auch könnte auf Anfrage noch ein drittes Zimmer vermietet werden ;)

In the flat lives Deniese, Maja, Manuel and Jana (that's me). Manuel, Maja and I are working in summer in South Tyrol, so only Deniese is going to share the flat with you, she's just great!
We are very flexible. You are free to book a room also for one month for example
It is also possible to rent a third room... just ask us for more information ;)
Die Zimmer sind voll möbeliert somit hast du eigentlich alles was du braust hier. Es besteht die Möglichkeit auch beispielsweise nur 2 Monate zu mieten :) Das Highligt der Wohung ist definitiv das schöne große Wohnzimmer mit super Ausblick und unsere 2 getrennt begehbaren Wc's mit einmal Badewanne und noch eine getrennte Dusche dazu.

The rooms are fully furnished so you actually have everything you need here. There is also the possibility to rent the room only 2 months for example:) The highligt of the apartment is definitely the beautiful large living room with an awsome view and our 2 separate toilets with a bathtub and a separate shower.
