Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk in unmittelbarer Nähe der Straßenbahnhaltestellen 43/44 bzw. U6-Alserstraße und bietet mit dem Brunnenmarkt sowie weiteren Geschäften (Interspar, Hofer, Spar, BIPA) gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Du würdest die Wohnung hauptsächlich für dich haben. Grundsätzlich suche ich jemanden, der sich auch vorstellen kann, die Hauptmiete zu übernehmen. Hast du deine wilden Partynächte bereits hinter dir gelassen hättest und bist zuverlässig, würde ich mich sehr freuen, von dir zu hören.
