Das Zimmer wird ab Anfang August frei und unbefristet.
Das Zimmer ist in einer schönen, gemütlichen 3er WG im 17.Bezirk Hernals. Das Zimmer ist aprox 16m² groß, hell, sehr ruhig und möbliert (gegen Ablöse von 350€: Doppelbett, Schrank, 2xKomode, Schreibtisch, Sessel). Die Fenster haben auch eine Jalousie für die Nacht.
Die Miete ist 360€ monatlich + Kaution (1000€). Alles inkl, Wland, Heizung, usw. + Ablöse für die Möbel
Die WG ist ziemlich neu, Boden im Zimmer ist Parkett in der Wohnung Laminat, und wir haben ein wunderschönes Wintergarten (ideal zum chillen, essen, lesen und Wäsche hängen), Küche, Bad, Klo, Keller.
Es gibt Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, und viele Geräte in der Küche (Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschinen, ...). Es gibt auch ein Platz für dein Fahrrad.

The room will be free (fully furnished) from Mid July or 1st August and unlimited.
The price is 360€ all included per month (wifi, heating, etc) and 1000€ Caution.
The room is in a nice and cozy shared apartment in the 17th district of Vienna.
Room fully furnished and flat with a lovely wintergarden, kitchen, bath, toilet, washing machine and dishwasher. The furniture consists of a doble bed, wardrobe, table and drawers; for this you would have to pay an "Ablöse" of 350€, apart from rent.
The flat is for 3 people, so you would live with Angi (32 from Austria, since many years she lives in Vienna) and Loïc (26, from Switzerland, but studies hier since 5 years and speaks perfect German), Both speak English as well!
However during the summer Loic is not here, and Konstantin (31, from Russia) just came to learn some German.
Public transport: Trams 43, 9, 44, 2, bus 10A and U6 Alserstr.

Sehr gute Verbindung mit Öffis: Trams 43, 9, 44, 2, bus 10A und U6 Alserstr in der Nähe. Auch Sbahn Hernals ist nicht weit weg.
Alle Supermärkte Lidl, Merkur, Billa, Bipa, Hofer findest du schnell zu Fuss und viele andere Geschäfte in Hernalserhauptstrasse.
Der coole Brunnenmarkt/Yppenplatz ist in 15 Min zu Fuss erreichbar :)
Du würdest mit Angi (32, aus Oberösterreich aber mittlerweile seit Jahren Wienerin) und Loïc (26, aus der Schweiz, kann perfekt Deutsch), beide sehr nett und offen. Die beide treffen sich gerne Abends um was zu spielen, was trinken, mit Musik plaudern.
(während des Sommers anstatt Loïc, der Konstantin (31) aus Russland ist da und lernt Deutsch, er spricht sonst Englisch).
Wunderschönes Wintergarten, ideal zum chillen :)
