Sehr schönes sonniges Zimmer im 17.Bezirk in Wien zu vermieten. Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist sehr zentral angelegt. Mit der 43 Straßenbahn kann man direkt bis ins Zentrum fahren (Schottentor).Ansonsten findet man auch mit dem Bus 10A direkten Anschluss in die Innerstadt. Die U6 Alser Straße ist auch nah.Billa/Lidel und Hofer sind direkt vor der Haustür, sodass das Einkaufen kein Problem darstellt. Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und die Küche ist neu (inklu. Spühlmaschine ).Einmal die Woche kommt auch noch eine Putzfrau, die Küche,Badezimmer und dein Zimmer sauber macht(falls du interessiert bist) Im Keller befindet sich noch eine Waschmaschine. Es sind in der WG auch 2 Toiletten vorhanden und ein größeres Badezimmer. Das Zimmer kommt außerdem noch mit sehr schneller Internetverbingung. Das Gebäude hat außerdem noch einen Aufzug.
Beautiful sunny room in the 17.District of Vienna available for rent. The room is in the first story of the buliding and is located very central. With the 43 SBahn one can directly drive into the the city centre (Schottentor). Other then that one can use the A10 bus to connect to the city centre. The U6 Ubahn is also close. Billa/Lidel and Hofer are within walking distance so shopping is not a problem at all. The room is fully furnished and the kitchen is new(incl. Dishwasher). Once a week there is a cleaning lady who comes and cleans kitchen,bathrooms and your room(if you are interested).In the cellar you also have the opportunity to use the washing maschine. The living arrangement also includes 2 toilets and one bigger bathroom with a shower. The room also come with a very fast internetconnection. The building also has a elevator.
