1. Zimmer: ca. 23qm, straßenseitig - jedoch hört man fast nichts, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Für so ein schönes, großes Zimmer kriegt man nur selten in Wien!
2. In der Wohnung sind Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, sämtliche elektro-Geräte, Backofen, inkl. Besteck, Geschirr, Töpfe etc vorhanden.
3. Infrastruktur: 2 BILLAs, BIPA, Dm, Erste Bank, Bank Austria, Lidl, Hofer, Post, Libro, Burger King etc - man hat quasi alles, was man im Alltag braucht :)
4. Ich würde gern meinen Schreibtisch und den Kleiderschrank im Zimmer bleiben lassen - das Zimmer wäre teilmöbiliert vergeben. Alle anderen Sachen nehme ich mit. Für den Tisch und Kleiderschrank hätte ich gerne eine mini Ablöse um 80 Euro - es sind zwar Schäden zu beobachten, jedoch bietet der Tisch viel Platz zum Abstellen und der Kleiderschrank auch - du brauchst quasi keinen Schrank oder kein Rgal mehr kaufen :) Dies könnten wir noch verhandeln :)

Room:
1. Approx. 23sqm, street-facing – however you can hear barely anything when the windows are closed. Such a lovely, big room is hard to find in Vienna!
2. The bathroom is huge (incl. separate bathtub and shower) & is definitely a highlight in the apartment.
3. In the apartment we have a dishwasher, washing machine, all kitchen appliances & everything else you might need e.g. kettle, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery.
4. Infrastructure: 2 BILLAS, BIPA, DM, Erste Bank, Bank Austria, Lidl, Hofer, Post, Libro, Burger King etc – pretty much everything that you need in life, all 2 mins walk away :)
5. Furniture: the room will be partly furnished with a big wardrobe and desk which I’m selling on for 80euros (negotiable) – there are a few small marks/damages, but both are big & you won’t need to buy anything else for storage.
1. 17. Bezirk, direkt gegenüber Elterleinplatz bzw. Dem Einkaufszentrum Hernals.
2. Die Straßenbahn 9er fährt vor der Tür direkt zum Westbahnhof.
3. 43er in Richtung Uni und Neuwaldegg ist auch 2 Minuten entfernt, auch zur U6 Alser Straße.
Sehr gute und bequeme Öffi-Anbindung.

Aktuell wohnen Harriet (23) aus England, die Vollzeit in Wien arbeitet und Pia (25) aus Linz, die studiert und ebenfalls nebenbei arbeitet.
Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr gesellig und kochen sehr gern. Nun muss ich wegen meiner eigenen künftigen Pläne schweres Herzens die WG verlassen :( Wir plaudern sehr oft und es ist auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG, jedoch wird natürlich Rücksicht genommen, wenn man seine Ruhe wieder braucht :)

Currently living in the apartment is Harriet (23), originally from England and now working full time in Vienna, and Pia (25) from Linz who is studying and working part time as well.
Both are very sociable and love to cook – however with a heavy heart I am leaving the apartment behind :( we love to chat & spend time with each other, however also respect each other’s privacy for when you need a bit of peace and quiet :)
Kaution 1,000 Euro. Miete kalt 352,36, Strom 38,80 Euro, WLAN 11,38 Euro.
Gesucht wird ein/e MitbewohnerIn vorerst bis Ende Juli. Es wäre für uns optimal und ideal, wenn du die Hauptmiete übernehmen könntest, dann könntet ihr hier länger bleiben. Ansonsten wäre mein Zimmer voraussichtlich ab Ende April bis Ende Juli frei.:)

We’re looking for a new flatmate for either long-term or short-term, though we’re hoping to find someone who’s willing to take over the contract (which runs until 30. 9. 2020 with the potential to shorten or extend). Otherwise the room would also be free from the end of April until the end of July.
