Du kommst nur für 10 Tage nach Wien? Du möchtest doch länger bleiben, als bisher geplant? Du kommst neu her und brauchst zunächst eine Basis, um etwas längerfristiges zu finden?
Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig ;-)
Dein vorübergehendes Zuhause befindet sich in einem 17m² großen Zimmer. Es ist hell, mit Parkett ausgelegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Da es zum Garten raus geht, kann man in dem großen Bett wunderbar mit offenem Fenster schlafen und den Vögeln lauschen :)
Einen Schreibtisch, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. gibt es natürlich auch..

You're searching a place in Vienna for about 10 days?
(If you need a room for a bit longer or shorter please don´t hesitate to ask!)
You're transitional home is placed in a 17m² room which is cozy, lovely arranged and calm ´cause its located on the backside of our flat. You'll be able to sleep with an open window, enjoy pure air during the night and hear the birds singing in the morning ;-)
Certainly there will be a desk, bedclothings, towels etc. for you..
the room/rent is just for one person!
Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem kleinen Wäldchen (Küniglberg). Das ist wunderbar, für kleine Abendspaziergänge und spontanes Joggen...
Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle Hietzing braucht man ca. 8min. Der Schlosspark Schönbrunn ist also gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad erreichbar. In die Innenstadt braucht man ca. 20min.
Die Straßenbahnlinie 60 fährt direkt am Haus vorbei, genauso wie die Nightline, falls es mal später wird!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 1 Tramstation entfernt: Bäckereien, diverse (Bio-)Läden, wie Denns, Spar-Gourmet, dm, Libro.. Hofer, Esprit .. einen Irish Pub und das ein oder andere nette Café..

Our flat is located in a beautiful green area of Vienna. :)
One can reach the city center fast and easily (about 20min.) by tram and underground. If you like jogging or talking a short walk you'll find a little "wood" towards our flat. You'll also find a parking place (for car or bike) for free in front of the house.
The underground U4 "Hietzing" which ist closed to the park of Schönbrunn palace is two tram stations away. The tram station (! also for the nightline !) is next to our flat - 3min. on foot.
We have some bakeries, super markets, little Cafés, an Irish pub and restaurants in the locality..
Zusammenwohnen würdest Du mit Luke und Dominik.
Die beiden sind superduper Mitbewohner! Aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit, quatschen gern, kochen gut und veranstalten ab und zu Spieleabende in der WG (ganz old school mit Gesellschaftsspielen)..
Weil der Sommer sehr dazu einlädt, sich nicht all zuviel in der (angenehm kühlen) Wohnung aufzuhalten, ist es sehr unterschiedlich wievielt Zeit wir miteinander verbringen. Aber ein Frühstück, ein Café oder Tee auf unserem gemeinsamen Balkon nehmen wir gerne zusammen ein. Auch draußen sind wir immer mal gemeinsam unterwegs...
Zeiten, in denen man sich zurückzieht, kommen natürlich auch vor.
Kurz: Wir leben kein gezwungenes Miteinander, aber auch keine "Zweck-Wg" !
ENGLISH:
You would share the flat and our wonderful balcony with Luke (from England) and Dominik (Switzerland).
They are great flatmates who are open-minded, helpful and talkative. We love cooking together, playing boardgames or just chill and drink a coffee, tea or beer. But we also respect our privacy!
In summer Vienna has a lot of possibilities so that we're passing our day just some times in our comfortable chilly flat... We like doing some activities together and some on our own... feel free to join or to miss it ;-)
