Da uns leider unsere Mitbewohnerin abhanden kommt, würden wir für unsere 3er WG schnellstmöglich jemand Neuen suchen ;-)
Das Zimmer hat ca. 22 qm, ist sehr hell und hat Blick über die Stadt sowie auf den Schönbrunner Park, einen Balkon und wird unmöbliert vermietet (wobei evtl die vorhandene Matratze und Regale abgelöst werden könnten). Die Miete beträgt warm EUR 398,- zusätzlich würden noch Internet, Strom, Haushaltsversicherung inklusive Haftpflicht sowie Ablöse für die neue Küche und Kaution anfallen.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Schönbrunner Park, nur ca. 5-8 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn Station Schönbrunn (U4) sowie zur Bushaltestelle Stranitzkygasse (8A) entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden (Spar, Interspar, Merkur, Hofer, Lidl).
Daniel und ich arbeiten bereits - somit stellen wir uns unsere/n MitbewohnerIn ein Alter so ab ca. 25 Jahren vor, sind ja auch nicht mehr die Jüngsten und mittlerweile ziemlich ruhig ;)
Neben Daniel und mir wären auch noch ein Radabstellraum, Waschraum, Kellerabteil und Privatparkplatz (wird allerdings momentan bereits von uns benutzt) vorhanden ;-)
