ZUR WOHNUNG:
Ab 1. April (auch schon ab 26.März möglich) ist in unserer wunderschönen 180m2 WG ein 22m2 Zimmer mit Balkon frei.
Die Wohnung hat ein riesiges Wohnzimmer und ein muckeliges YOGA-MEDITATE-CHILL Veranda/Wintergarten-Zimmer, quasi ein zweites Wohnzimmer.
Unsere liebend gern genutzte große Küche hat auch noch einen kleinen Balkon, der ins Grüne blicken lässt, für allem im Sommer!!
Wir freuen uns auf Dich.
Kosten: 400 - Alles inklusive!

We are looking for a new flatmate! The room is 22 m2 big and got a balcony as well. From 1th of April for 1 month.
We are living in a shared appartement in a chilly nice and cosy flat close to Schönbrunn and the Lainzer Tiergarten. The rent for the room is 400€.
The apartment is near U4 Hietzing metro station.
We are looking for a social flatmate and relaxed, chilly and open person for a long-term shared appartement. At the moment we are 3 persons between 26 and 28 years old.

ÜBER DIE LAGE:
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen- in die Natur oder auch in die Stadt kommt man zum Beispiel mit der U4 ab der Haltestelle Hietzing oder diversen Strassenbahnen (1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt.) wirklich überall hin. Auch der Radweg führt direkt an der Wien bis nach Hütteldorf. Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben Schloss Schönbrunn und der Lainzer Tiergarten ist auch nicht weit weg. Wir gehen gern mal raus, ne runde wandern oder einfach nur so die Natur geniessen, dafür is der Auer Welsbach Park, der auch nur 5 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt ist, perfekt.
ÜBER UNS:
Wir, Jana, Sari und Luca freuen uns schon auf eine/n superliebe/n, angenehme/n Mitbewohner/in!
Wir sind 3 Freunde zwischen 26 und 28 Jahren und suchen 1 Mitbewohner/in die/der mit uns ein für einen Monat ein schönes Miteinander kreieren möchte.
Wir sind eine chillige WG in der sich alle miteinander verstehen. Wir unternehmen auch gerne was gemeinsam wie Theater, Wandern, Musizieren, Spiele, Ausstellungen etc.. Sind also keine Zweck-WG.
Der Luca studiert Kultur und Sozialanthropologie
Die Jana studiert Internationale Entwicklung
Die Sari macht ihren Master in Soziologie
Wir gehen gern zusammen dumpstern, feiern, slack linen, zelten oder auch Purzelbäume schlagen!
Kochen richtig gern, machen Musik, Wandertrips, fahren zum See, an die Donau oder einfach nur in unseren Schlosspark hohohoh etc eetc ;)
Du solltest Spaß am Zusammenleben einer WG haben (Wir sind keine Zweck WG!).
