Hello! I am looking for a new housemate (male or female). I am 31 from Melbourne, Australia and I have lived in Vienna since 2012. I am a teacher and singer and have just finished my Masters in Musicology at the Uni Wien. I speak English and German. I have lots of experience living in Wgs and I like sharing a cup of tea or cooking with housemates. I am a very communicative person and enjoy getting to know new people.
The available room is 15m2 and there is a large living room, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The balcony is great to sit on when the sun comes!

The flat is on a beautiful quiet street, a short walk away from Hütteldorf U4 train station and the 53a bus stop. It takes only 15minutes to arrive at Karlsplatz and the SBahn 45 connection and out of town train connections are very useful!
A few minutes walk from the huge Lainzer Tierpark where you can go hiking and see the wild animals, and a Spar Supermarket and bakery.
Parking is available on the street and is free in the 13th district.
Viewing is available, however a Skype meeting is also possible if necessary.
It is strictly a non-smoking and no pets flat.
