Hi Everyone !
As I'll be away in July for one month I'm am renting my room from 01.07 to 01.08.
Our flatshare is perfectly located in the first district between Schwedenplatz and Stubentor (U1, U3, U4 less than 5 minutes). Wien Mitte is also less than 10 minutes away and Spar, DM, Bipa are just around the corner.
The flat (115 sqm) is fully furnished, with a shared kitchen (well-equipped) and a large living-room.
The room (ca.12 sqm) is quiet and sunny. It is fully furnished.
The price for the room for one month is 380 € (including everything: really high speed internet, water, electricity, gas...) and with a deposit of 400€. Possiblity to rent it also per week (100€)
You will live with Rapahël and Lilla, 2 really friendly people from France and Hungary.
Raphaël is working full-time and Lilla is studying for her Master Degree.
