Ein 16m² schönes Zimmer für 465€ inclusive Nebenkosten, Internet etc. monatlich.Wir suchen einen neuen Mitbewohner/Mitbewohnerin.Die gesamte Wohnung ist 235m² groß, liegt sehr zentral und in Uninähe. Ausgestattet ist sie mit einer großen, gemütlichen Wohnküche, zwei Bädern, einem großen Wohnzimmer mit riesigem Fernseher und allem, was ein Wohnzimmer so zum gemütlich-sein braucht, sowie 7 einzeln begehbare Zimmer..
We are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely and big shared flat! The room is a 16m² “altbau” room for 465€ and it would be free from march. The room is furnished. In addition to the room we are now renting, we have 6 other rooms in our large 235 m² flat, which are inhabited by a bunch of really nice young people with the age range 22-33. The flat is well equipped and in very good condition. The kitchen and the two large bathrooms are recently renewed.
In our flat we also share a big comfortable livingroom to hang out and relax.

Die WG liegt in der Langen gasse im 8. Bezirk.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Billa, Spar) direkt ums Eck, diverse Lokale und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Die öffentliche Anbindung ist ebenfalls sehr gut (U2 Rathaus, 2er, und 5er Linie, Bus13A etc.).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, direkt hinter dem Rathaus im 8.Bezirk.
The flat is very centrally located in the 8th district with a short walking distance to Rathaus, UniCampus, AKH, etc. It also has good public transport connections to anywhere in the city:
Tram stops: 33, 5, 43, 44, and 2 are within walking distance from our flat
U2 stop Rathaus around the block
Bus stop for bus 13A within short walking distance.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner sind bunt-gemischte (HOLL,IT, UK,AUT, FR) sehr nette und offene Menschen, mit denen du bestimmt das ein oder andere Bierchen am Abend zum gemeinsamen Abendessen trinken kannst. Es wäre schön, wenn du nicht nur an einem zweckmäßigen WG Leben interessiert bist, sondern offen für gemeinsame Unternehmungen und Parties ;)
We are seven people coming from different countries (HOLL,IT, UK,AUT, FR) and are both workers and students. We are very open minded pepole and we like to cook together or have a drink now and again :).
Der Mietvertrag ist bis Ende Juni , aber es gibt die Möglichkeit ihn zu verlängern.
