We are Lerchenfelder flatshare. One of our 6 beautyful rooms in Vienna 8th district is becoming available for 2 month.
We are from 24 to 40 years old, some are working, others studying and are more or less at home.
Basic info on the flat: 400 euros rent all inclusive per room, ca. 250 square meters living area on two floors. The room is about 20 squaremeters large, has a nice four meter high arch ceiling and large windows to the corridor in the flat with daylight. The flat has big shared spaces: Rooftop terrace in the courtyard, living room, dinig room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, storeroom, washing machine, dishwasher, bike storeroom, big corridor. The room is quite special, have look for yourself!
