The apartment has a large bathroom, kitchen, a separate toilet and a washing machine that you can of course use. WIFI, gas etc. is included in the price. The flat is located in the 8th district of Vienna. Viennas city centre and all its beautiful sights can be reached by foot. Public transport (closest subway stop: Rathaus), like busses, trams and underground are within 2 minutes walking distance. Plenty of bars and restaurants are located in the area.

The flat itself is 120sqm large and you will be sharing the apartment with 2 very relaxed guys from Germany. If they are not working or studying they are always up for a beer or 2. both speak English fluently, so English is not an issue. However if you want alone time that is never an issue since the flat is fairly big.
The room is available for the whole months if January and February 2019 - maybe longer that is discussable! In general there are no gender or age requirements, we are just looking for a relaxed person that sticks to cleaning schedules, quiet hours etc.
