The Room is located next to the 25m2 living room and is very quiet and bright. It comes without any furniture but we can speak about some pieces of furniture that could stay in. (wardrobe, a little shelf, mirror)
It is an Altbau-room with a window to the inner yard on the 3. floor.
There is a little balcony to smoke and there are 2 toilettes in the flat.
Das Zimmer ist ein sehr ruhiges und helles Zimmer neben dem großen 25qm Wohnzimmer. Das Zimmer kommt unmöbliert oder durch eine Ablöse die zu vereinbaren ist mit ein paar Möbeln. (Kasten, kleines Regal, Spiegel)
Es ist ein Altbauzimmer mit einem Fenster zum Innenhof im 3. Stock.
Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon zum rauchen und es gibt 2 Toiletten in der Wohnung.
The apartment is located in the middle of the 8th district. Opposite is the Hamerlingpark, which is very nice spot to relax especially in summer. The tram stations Florianigasse and Albertgasse with the lines 5, 33 and 2 are within 1 minute walking distance. The U-Bahn station Josefstädterstraße (U6) and the U-Bahn station Rathaus (U2) are each 6 minutes and 8 minutes walking distance. The bus station Lederergasse (13A) is 5 minutes away.
A Billa is just next to our house. A Spar, DM and Bipa are 2 minutes away.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch in Mitten des 8. Bezirks. Gleich gegenüber befindet sich der Hamerlingpark der sich gerade im Sommer sehr gemütlich anbietet. Die Straßenbahnstationen Florianigasse und Albertgasse mit den Linien 5, 33 und 2 sind innerhalb 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Die U-Bahn Station Josefstädterstraße (U6) und die U-Bahn Station Rathaus (U2) sind jeweils 6 Minuten und 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Busstation Lederergasse (13A) ist 5 Minuten entfernt.
