Hallo Leute!
Da ich ab Juli nicht mehr in Wien bin, möchte ich mein 20m² Zimmer von Juli bis Ende September zwischenvermieten. Das Zimmer ist schön hell und mit Hofblick. Bis auf das Bett wird das Zimmer ausgeräumt.
Die Gesamtfläche beträgt 120m² und wird derzeit von 2 sehr netten Leuten bewohnt. (Vanessa 22, Moritz 22) Die Wohnung liegt in der Laudongasse 67 und ist sehr gut an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz gebunden. (U6, 5,33,43,44,.....)
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem neuem Bad, WC, Küche, Zimmer der WG- Mitglieder und einem großen Vorraum.
Die gesamte Miete + Betriebskosten + Internet kommt auf 428, dazu kommt die Kaution die 1000€ beträgt.
