vermiete kurzfristig mein WG Zimmer im 8. Bezirk für den kommenden Februar, wegen Schreibklausur. Die 3er-WG befindet sich in zentraler (U6, 13A, 44, 43, 2, 5, 33) und sehr sehr ruhiger Lage in einem Altbau in der Laudongasse im 8. Bezirk. Es ist voll möbliert, in Wohnung befindet sich sonst alles was man zum Leben braucht (auch eine Badewanne) und vor der Übergabe mache ich natürlich auch noch Platz in Schränken. Mein Mitbewohner, Marcus, wohnt im Zimmer nebenan und meine Mitbewohnerin, Eliette, 3 Türen weiter.
In der Küche wird kann man rauchen, im Zimmer nicht.
Schreibt mir einfach ein Mail mit etwaigen Fragen und/oder paar Worten zu euch! Ende der Zwischenmiete kann ggf. auch bisschen später sein.
I’m renting out my room in a shared apartment with two other roommates for February in the 8th district of Vienna. The room is fully furnished - couch, bed, desk, closet. It’s a 85 square meters flat which offers everything you need to live in - even a bathtub. ;) The apartment is located very central, close to the university and with lots of public transport stops around (U6, 13A, 44, 43, 2, 5, 33). Also the flat very quietly situated - sometimes you forget, that you are right in the middle of the city.
I’m will make some space in the room for that month and empty the closet.
Just contact me for any further infos! Moving out date doesnt have to be the 28th exactly - can also be a bit later, if needed.
