Das Zimmer ist schöne 20m2 groß und sehr ruhig, da es im Hinterhof liegt. Neben deinem Zimmer kannst du den Flur, Das Bad, die Toilette und die Küche mit deiner Mitbewohnerin teilen. Ein Bett, eine Schlafcouch, ein Schrank bleiben drin, wenn du möchtest.
Im Zimmer kann man sich super (kreativ) ausleben und auch schön zur Ruhe kommen. :)
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich sehr zentral im 8. Bezirk. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn 46 und die U6 Haltestelle Thaliastraße ist nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe: BILLA, dm, Bäcker, Cafés und, und, und. Auch die große Einkaufstraße Mariahilf ist schnell zu erreichen. Zur Hauptuni kommst du super schnell mit dem Fahrrad, der Straßenbahn oder auch zu Fuß
WG-Leben
Du wirst mit Marlene zusammenwohnen. Sie studiert Kunst und ist viel am arbeiten für ihre Projekte. Trotzdem wirst du sie immer wieder zu Hause treffen und sie freut sich sehr, wenn ihr in der Küche quatscht oder auch mal zusammen kocht. Wir hatten so immer eine schöne Zeit zusammen.
Es ist aber natürlich auch immer Möglich, dich in deinem Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Wir haben die gemeinsam genutzten Räume regelmäßig geputzt und es wäre schön, wenn du das weiter führen könntest.

Also, solltest du Interesse haben, schreib mir einfach eine E-Mail. Ich freue mich, von dir zu hören. Auch jegliche Fragen beantworte ich gerne :) Danach könne wir dann einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen oder einen Skypetermin.

I am renting my big and quite room from 01.02.2019 until 31.05.2019. You could have: the bed, the sofa (which can be turned into a bed) and the closet. (Look at the pictures :)) if you want them :)
It is in a shared flat. Your flatmate will be Marlene, an art student. She is really nice and it would be cool if you would like to spend some time together, talking or cooking in the kitchen.
Surely you can always close your door and be in your privat area. There is no pressure.
We clean the shared rooms reguarly and it would be great if you continue this rutine.
I am happy to reseave an E Mail from you. And dont hesitate o ask me any question you have. Later we can arrange a meeting or a Skypedate.
