Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß, Richtung Hof ausgerichtet, sehr hell und ruhig.
Es kostet nur €380/Monat, inkl. Betriebskosten und Heizung (!). Als Kaution sind zwei
Monatsmieten (760€) zu hinterlegen. Die weiteren Kosten werden auf alle Mitbewohner_innen aufgeteilt
(Strom, Internet, gemeinsame Reinigungsmittel, ca. €20/Person+Monat:-)).
Es gibt eine helle und freundliche Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne. Im Keller befindet sich
eine Waschküche mit großen Maschinen und ein gemeinsames Kellerabteil. Im Erdgeschoß ist
ein Fahrrad-Abstellraum.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Billa, Spar, Dm, Bioladen uvm. gleich ums Eck, zu denn's, Penny, Hofer, Brunnenmarkt etc. ist es
nicht weit.
Fortgehen
Es gibt ein paar sehr nette Lokale in nächster Nähe, die Partymeile in den und rund um die
Gürtelbögen ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch zum Yppenplatz ist es nicht viel weiter :-)

Wir decken ein breites Spektrum ab und freuen uns auf interessante Personen, die diese bunte
Mischung ergänzen: Mary kommt aus Niederösterreich, studiert Biologie und schätzt
tagsüber eine ruhige Atmosphäre, weil sie für den Medizin-Aufnahmetest lernt; Berkin
kommt aus München und studiert Green Mobilty an der FH Wien; Martin kommt aus Graz,
studiert Agrarwissenschaft und arbeitet auf der BOKU; Louis Armstrong ist sein kleiner Hund und
freut sich, wenn Du ihn magst ;-)

The room is 16m² and is bright and calm, the windows look out into the courtyard.
It costs only € 380 per month, including running costs and central heating (!). Security deposit is
two monthly rents (€ 760). The other costs (electricity, internet, common cleaning supplies) are
shared by all flatmates (ca. €20 per person per month)
We have a bright and pleasant kitchen and a bath with a bathtub. In the basement is a washing machine,
a dryer and our own cellar compartment. On the ground floor, there is a bicycle storing room.
Shopping
You can find many shopping possibilities nearby (supermarkets, organic shops, market places:))
Clubbing
There are many nice pubs, restaurants, cafes and discos nearby and the U-6 Gürtel (where a lot of bars and discos are) is only walking distance.
Flatmates
The flatmates come from a broad range of backgrounds and we look forward to interesting people who complement
this motley mixture: Mary comes from Lower Austria, studies biology and is preparing for the medicine exam in autumn;
Berkin comes from Munich and studies Green Mobility at the University of Applied Sciences; Martin comes from Styria
studies agronomy and works part-time on the University of Natural Resources; Louis Armstrong
is his smallish dog and would like to meet you ;)
Quasi direkt vor der Haustüre fahren 5er, 33er und 40A, zur U2 und U6 sind es max. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Medizinuni, AKH, Uni Campus und NIG sind in fünf Minuten zu erreichen, zur Hauptuni brauchst Du ca. 10, zur TU und FH ca. 15 und zur BOKU ca. 20 Minuten.
The trams 5 and 33 along with the bus 13A have stops right in front of the house. U6 Josefstäderstrasse and U2 Rathaus stations are 10 minute walk away.
Medizinuni, AKH, Uni Campus und NIG are 5 minute away. Uni Wien main building is 10 minutes away. TU Wien and FH is 15 minutes away and BOKU is 20.
Nearby is a beautiful baroque palace with a museum and a park who invites you to enjoy and to do sports :)
Bei uns bekommen alle den Freiraum und die Ruhe, die sie brauchen. Wir finden es aber auch
schön, wenn sich gelegentlich interessante Gespräche und Diskussionen zB am Frühstückstisch
oder gesellige Abende ergeben. Auf jeden Fall bemühen wir uns um einen freundlichen und
respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Wechselseitige Einladungen zum Essen oder auch
gemeinsamen Kochen werden gerne angenommen, es haben aber alle ihr eigenes Küchenkastl
und Fach im Kühlschrank. Obwohl wir die Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume gerecht
untereinander verteilen, schätzen wir es, wenn jede_r diese Sauberkeit wahrt und den eigenen
Schmutz beseitigt.
Everyone gets here the freedom and tranquility they need. But, we like also interesting
conversations and discussions or casual social evenings. In any case, we care for friendly and
respectful social interactions. Sometimes, we like to cook together or invite one another for
dinner, but everyone has their own shelf in the kitchen and the refrigerator. We share the cleaning
of the common rooms equally, but we appreciate it, if everyone clears themselves also :)
Other
Can hat im Zimmer 6,5 Jahre gewohnt und zieht in seine eigene Wohnung um. Er kann das Zimmer nur weiterempfehlen.
PS: Er wird die Möbel im Zimmer mitnehmen.
Can lived in the room for 6.5 years and moving to his own flat. He very much recommends the room to everyone.
PS: He will take the furniture with him, when moving out.
