Hello!
We (Giray, 29 y/o PhD student and Mariam, 30 y/o MS student) are looking for a new flatmate from July on! Our apartment is sexy 106 square meters with 4 rooms, one of them our big living room with lots of light, a kitchen, a small pantry, a toilette, a bathroom and a large entrance. The room 3 is available (See the floor plan and the images), it is about 15 meter squares and gives to the yard.
The flat is on Josefstaeder Strasse: 7 min walk from U2, 5 min walk from U6, and it is directly on Bus 13A, Tram 2, Tram 5, and Tram 33 stops. You will never fail supermarket shopping, a bunch of selection are a stone throw's away: Spar, Spar gourmet, Billa etc. And if you don't feel like cooking hope you like ordering among many options just on our street.
The rent is 420 € incl. operating costs.
The room is furnished (as seen in the attached image, the piano and the cello are not ours). However, we can arrange if you want to bring your own furniture.
A litte disclaimer: We are trying to be careful with the cleanliness of our place. We manage it by sharing the common space into three, and do the assigned part each week. Don't worry, it doesn't take more than 40 minutes of cleaning work per week.
