The flat has 70m2 (my room -->12m2). It is fully furnished, including the kitchen facilities, washing machine, etc. Needless to say you can use the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The two bedrooms are located on both sites of the living room
Great location: (centre of vienna)
15 min walk to Mariahilferstraße. Metro U3, U2, U6, bus 13a, trams -> all reachable within walking distance.
You have all available supermarkets (Spar, Billa, Hofer, …) within 2-5 min walk.
Monthly costs:
380€ rent + 20€ = 400€
