Das helle Altbauzimmer hat eine Treppe mit neun Stufen in ein Hochbett mit Platz für zwei. Es ist ein Durchgangszimmer zwischen Vorzimmer und Küche mit zwei Türen, durch die ich nur zur Küche durch muss. Schaust du aus dem großen Fenster raus, schaust du weit. Bisher war es Gäste- und Esszimmer, viele BesucherInnen blieben für länger in dem sonnendurchfluteten Raum. Die Wohnung hat gut erhaltenes Fischgrätparkett.
Der Raum wird dann ein Hochbett mit Bank drunter (leicht möglich abzubauen) und Stuhl drin haben.
Zusätzliche Möbel, Platz für Schreibtisch, Gästebett und mehr Stauraum im Vorzimmer oder dem zweiten Zimmer der Wohnung möglich.

The bright room has a staircase with nine steps into a loft bed for two. It's a passageway between corridor and kitchen with two doors, Which I only cross to get into the kitchen. Looking out of the big window one looks far. So far, it was used as guest and dining room, many visitors stayed for longer in the sunlit room. The flat has a well preserved herringbone parquet.
The room will have a loft bed with that bench under it (easy to take it out) and chair in it. Additional furniture, space for a desk, guest bed and more storage space in the spacious corridor or the second room of the apartment possible.
An der Schwelle zwischen ruhigem 8. und lebendigem Brunnenmarkt, Yppenplatz im 16. Bezirk gelegen ist es ein ur gut angebundener Ort. Drei Gehminuten liegt die Wohnung von der U-Bahnhaltestelle Josefstädter Straße, direkt vor der Haustüre fahren die Straßenbahnen 2, 5 und 33.
Mit der Lage sind wir als Gürteltiere die Geräuschkulisse des Gürtels gewohnt. Billa, Hofer und Penny liegen je max 6 Gehminuten von der Wohnung. Läden, Läden, Läden, Lokale, Bars, Kino liegen in Fußnähe im 8. oder 16. Bezirk.

As 'Gürteltiere' we are used to the soundinstallation of the Lerchenfelder Gürtel. Billa, Hofer and Penny are each within a maximum of 6 minutes walk from the apartment. shops, shops, shops, restaurants, bars, cinema are within walking distance in the 8th or 16th district.
Das Zimmer liegt in einer verwinkelten 57m² Altbauwohnung, die letztes Jahr renoviert wurde. Um in die Küche zu gelangen durchquere ich dein Zimmer. Das ist ein nahes Zusammenleben, da wär es wichtig ziemlich rücksichtsvoll und ruhig miteinander umzugehen. Lege Wert auf Sauberkeit und Wertschätzung der Möbel wie Wohnung. Gern bei Kaffee, Bier, Wein zusammen am Tisch, gemeinsam auf Besuch in Kunst-, Theater- oder Kinoräume oder schwimmen.
Manchmal wird am Fenster geraucht, gut Lüften notwendig.

The room is located in a cute angled 57m² old apartment, which was renovated last year. To get into the kitchen, I cross your room. This is a close, shared living - it would be important to treat each other pretty considerately and calmly. There's put value on cleanliness and appreciation of furniture such as the apartment. Happy hanging out with coffee, beer, wine, together on a visit to art, theater or cinema spaces or swimming.
Sometimes friends or I smoke out the window, good ventilation is needed.
