Ab September wird in unserer 2er-WG bis mind. Juli 2024 (evtl. auch länger) ein Zimmer frei. Es handelt sich um eine klassische Altbauwohnung, die vor vier Jahren frisch renoviert wurde und daher in sehr gutem Zustand ist. Die Wohnung hat 87 m2, liegt sehr zentral in der schönen Lerchenfelder Straße, ist aufgrund der Innenhoflage aber sehr ruhig. Das südseitig gelegene Zimmer hat 20m2, ist voll möbliert und getrennt begehbar. Gemeinschaftsräume sind die gut ausgestattete Küche (Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und alles was man sonst so braucht), ein Wohn- bzw. Esszimmer und das Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, mit separatem WC). In der Nähe befinden sich viele nette Lokale und Restaurants, mehrere Parks sind in Gehdistanz und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.

Ein paar Infos zu deiner zukünftigen Mitbewohnerin:
Mein Name ist Hannah, ich bin 23 Jahre alt, Medizinstudentin und lebe seit 4 Jahren in Wien.
Unter Tags bin ich meist recht gut eingedeckt mit Unizeugs, abends freu ich mich dann jedoch umso mehr über einen Abstecher zu einem Schanigarten in der Stadt. In meiner Freizeit geh ich gern zur Donau baden, fahr ins Grüne raus, treff mich mit Freund:innen auf ein paar Drinks und am Wochenende wird dann auch mal gefeiert. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind mir sehr wichtig, besonders in den Gemeinschaftsräumen. Grundsätzlich bin ich ein sehr geselliger Mensch und freue mich immer, neue Leute kennenzulernen, finde es aber auch wichtig, Zeit für sich selbst zu haben und dass die WG einen angenehmen Rückzugsort für die Mitbewohner:innen darstellt.

Since my flatmate is going abroad I am looking for a new flatmate from September 2023 to July 2024 (possibly even longer). The apartment is spacious and in very good condition, as it was completely renovated 4 years ago. It has about 87m2 and is situated in Lerchenfelder Straße in the 8th district, a lively and lovely area with lots of restaurants, bars and even some parks within feet distance. Transport connection is also great. Due to the inner courtyard location, it is still very quiet in the apartment. The bedroom has about 20m2, is fully furnished, south-facing and separately accessible. As for common rooms there is a well equipped kitchen (microwave, dish washer etc.), a small living / dining room (with a TV), a bathroom (bathtub and washing machine) and the restroom is also separately accessible.

Now some facts about your future flatmate:
My name is Hannah, I am a 23 years old medical student and have been living in Vienna for 4 years now. During the day I am mostly pretty busy with university, but really enjoy hanging out on a terrace in the city afterwards in the evening. In my free time I like to go swimming in the Danube, meet up with friends for some drinks or a coffee and sometimes go out on the weekends. I am a very sociable person and enjoy meeting new people, but still think it is important, that the apartment can be a comfortable area for some self care and alone time. Cleanliness and tidiness are very important to me, especially in the common rooms. :)
