Ab 01. August wir ein Zimmer in unser Wohnung frei. Also bitte meldet ihr sich NUR wenn ihr ab 01. August das Zimmer vermieten möchten.
Zimmer ist 17 m2 groß und verfügt über ein eingebautes Bett mit Leiter (siehe Bilder). Für das Bett gibt es Ablöse in Höhe von 300e. Die Miete mit allen Kosten für dieses Zimmer beträgt 310e. Kaution ist 905e.
Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und viel Licht. Die Raumhöhe beträgt ca. 3,5m.
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Es gibt einen geräumigen Gemeinschaftsraum (Küche) mit Balkontür und Blick auf den Garten. Durch die Bäume können Sie einen Blick auf eine alte Donau werfen. Wir haben eine große Toilette + WC und zusätzliches WC. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, so dass du grundsätzlich nur dein eigenes Zimmer einrichten sollst.

From the beginning of August one room in our apartment is available. Please contact us ONLY if you want to rent the room from the 1st August onwards.
The room is 17 m2 and has a built-in bed with ladder (see pictures). There is a transfer fee of 300e for the bed. The rent with all costs for this room is 310e. Deposit is 905e.
It has a large window and lots of light. The room height is approx.3.5m.
Apartment is quite nice and clean. There is a spacious communal space-kitchen with balcony door looking at the garden and you can have a glimpse of an Old Danube river through the trees. We have one large toilet+WC and additional WC. Flat is fully equipped, so you would only have to furnish your own room basically.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Umgebung. Die Straße ist sehr angenehm: nette Leute, viele Restaurants / Fastfood, Supermärkte usw.

Vienna International Center und United Nations - 10 min zu Fuß
Ins Stadtzentrum (Karlsplatz) kommt man in 18 Minuten sehr entspannt mit den Öffis. 92A und dann mit der U1 oder U2. Auch mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur ca. 15 Minuten.
Parkplätze gibt es gratis vor dem Haus.
Neben dem Gbeäude (20m) gibt es direkt einen Billa Supermarkt und viele andere Läden (Hofer, DM, Spar, Bipa). Außerdem gibt es direkt im Haus ein vietnamesisches Restaurant, was täglich bis 23Uhr geöffnet hat.

David, Verena und ich, Marina, bleiben in der Wohnung und der Andy zieht in seine eigene Wohnung. Andy und ich haben 4 Jahre lang zusammen gewohnt und der David ist vor einem Jahr eingezogen. Verena ist eine neue Mitbewohnerin und zieht Mitte August ein. Wir sind eine internationale WG und verstehen uns alle ziemlich gut. Ich bin jetzt auf der Job suche und fange bald an zum arbeiten und der David und Verena studieren. Wir haben ein freies Zimmer in der Wohnung, also suchen wir den vierten Mitbewohner/In für unsere WG. Wir sind eher soziale Wesen und Freunde besuchen uns manchmal. Auch respektieren wir private Sphäre voneinander. Für uns ist es eine Voraussetzung, dass Sie gegenüber jeder Nationalität, jedem Geschlecht und jeder Orientierung tolerant sind. Wir möchten mit positiven, unabhängigen und unkomplizierten Menschen leben, die auch nicht wirklich Stubenhocker sind.
Sehr wichtig: verantwortungsvolle Bezahlung der Miete und Einhaltung der Wohnungshygiene.

David, Verena and I, Marina, are staying in the apartment and Andy is moving out into his own flat. Andy and I lived together for 4 years and David moved in a year ago. Verena is a new flatmate and is moving in in the middle of August. We are an international flat share and we all get along pretty well. I am now looking for a job and will soon start working and David and Verena are studying. We have one free room in the apartment, so we are looking for the fourth roommate for our flat share. We are rather social creatures and friends sometimes come to visit us. Also we respect private sphere of each-other. For us it is a requirement that you are tolerant towards every nationality, gender and orientation. We would like to live with positive, independent and uncomplicated people who are also not really couch-potatoes.
Very important: responsible paying of rent and keeping up with apartment hygiene.
