Wir suchen ab ab jetzt bis zum 1. September eine_n Zwischenmieter_in für unsere 4er-WG. :)
DAS ZIMMER IST MOBILIERT UND KANN ES AUCH GERNE BLEIBEN, FALLS GEWÜNSCHT :)
Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken, deren Platz optimal mit Hochbetten und diversen Hochebenen genutzt wird. Die Wohnung ist, bis auf Küche und Bad, mit Parkett ausgelegt, hat eine erst zwei Jahre alte Küche mit Gasherd, Elektroofen und Geschirrspüler; auch Badewanne und ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder im Innenhof des Hauses, sind vorhanden.
Für die_der Mitbewohner_in werden ein 16 qm großes Zimmer frei, das bereits mit einem 5 qm Massivholz-Hochbett ausgestattet ist. Die Fenster des Zimmers sind Richtung Innenhof ausgerichtet, weshalb es vor allem im Winter meist etwas dunkel ist, aber dafür ist die Temperatur in der Wohnung im Sommer sehr kühl und angenehm. Die Miete inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom/Gas etc
Wir würden uns auf eine_n offene_n, gesellige_n und ordentliche_n Mitbewohner_in freuen, die/der ein freundliches und fröhliches Miteinander zu schätzen weiß :)

A nice and quite room is available in our flat from now on till 01. September 2018! :)
THE ROOM IS FULLY FURNISHED AT THE MOMENT AND CAN STAY THAT WAY IF WANTED :)
The flat has been renovated 3 years ago, has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, a fridge with a freezer and also a new washing machine. There is an inner yard for bikes, storage room in the basement, plus a storage place build out of timber in the hallway. The flat is equipped with all the daily needed items (kitchen items, cleaning tools etc.) but of course you are more then welcome to bring some furniture or household items with you if you like ;)
The room is 16 cm2 with an additional 5 cm2 timber loft bed. It's facing towards an inner courtyard, hence very quite - Unlucky in terms of day light, but on the contrary very much in favour of a cool, lovely room temperature! Even in the summer the room the room never gets too warm.
The rent is 385€, and all the utilities and internet are included.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage in der unteren Fasangasse (Nahe Haltestelle Fasangasse), Ecke Gürtel – gleich gegenüber vom Schweizergarten und nicht weit vom Hbf und der TU entfernt. Außerdem gibt es eine super Anbindung an verschiedene öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung befinden (zwischen 2 Sekunden und 10 Minuten Fußweg), wie Tram (O, 18, 71, D), S- und U-Bahn (U1), und den Hauptbahnhof.
In front of the building we have the tram 0 and 18- , and trams 71 & D, S-Bahn Rennweg & Quartier Belvedere are in 5min walking distance.
Landstrasse - Wien Mitte (U-Bahn 4 and 3), Praterstern and Hauptbahnhof (U-Bahn 1) can be reached with the tram 0 in less than 10min.
If you have a bike, then you'll be in the inner city in just 10min, Haupt Uni takes less than 20 min and TU/WU in 10min.

Über deine möglichen zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen ^^
Ich bin Gkizem (27), aus der Türkei/Griechenland und studiere Anglistik/Biologie an der Uni Wien.
Silke (19) hat die letzten 1,5 Jahre in Südafrika gelebt, kommt aus Süddeutschland und bereitet sich gerade auf ihren Schulabschluss 2019 vor.
Kira (22) ist nahe Stuttgart aufgewachsen, war nach dem Abitur für eine Weile in Indien und studiert jetzt Kulturwissenschaften an einer Fernuni.
A bit about your possible future flatmates...^^
We like spending time at home and enjoy the quiet neighbourhood, but from time to time we also invite friends over for a dinner party or a get together... We like to keep up a healthy ratio :) When we hang out together, we usually cook dinner, invite friends over, go out or watch a movie.
I am Gkizem (27), the main tenant, and I am studying Biology and English at the University of Vienna. Studying takes most of my time but I like travelling and hiking.
Silke (18) is the other flatmate, she is from South Germany, lived in Swasiland/Africa for the last 1,5 years and is preparing for her finals.
Kira (22) used to live near Stuttgart, went traveling after her high school finals and now studies cultural science.
We like to spend time talking and laughing together whenever we can.
