Das Zimmer ist 22m² groß, hat zwei große Fenster und ist dadurch sehr hell. Das Zimmer wird teil-möbliert übergeben. Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommoden, Sofa, Sessel etc. werden im Zimmer bleiben. Die Straße ist ziemlich ruhig und durch den Altbau wird es im Sommer nicht all zu heiß. 120cm Bett, Ausziehsofa, Sessel, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kleiderstange et cetera ist alles vorhanden.

Hello! I am going to leave Vienna for a couple of month, so my room will be free from April to September. It has 22m², two big windows and will be furnitured. I have to leave stuff here, so it will not be all empty, but I hope that this is not a big deal for you ;)
It has a 120cm bed, a sleeping couch, desk, shelf etc etc...everything you need! :)
My flatmates are really easy going people, so you have the ultimate chance to get to know some cool locals ;)
The area here is also really nice: danube channel is 3 minutes away, rochusmarkt (U-Bahn-Station) also only 3 minutes and "Landstrasse Wien Mitte" has a big shopping mall and is also only 10 minutes walking distance. If you have further questions dont hasitate and contact me! :)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Direkt hinter dem Rochusmarkt und ca 3 Gehminuten von der U3-Station Rochusmarkt entfernt. Der Donaukanal ist direkt die Straße runter und auch in den grünen Prater geht es innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Durch die Landstraßer Hauptstraße und Wien Mitte bieten sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung.
Meine Mitbewohner*innen sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Ein bisschen zusammensitzen und plaudern oder andere gemeinsame Aktionen sind auf jeden Fall möglich mit denen! :)
My flatmates are working or partly on vacation, so i think that it will be quiet in the flat, but they are all very open minded and relaxed people, so if you have any questions or just want to hang out, it should be possible ;)
