Es handelt sich um 2 schöne Altbauzimmer in denen ich und mein Sohn leben. Die ganze Wohnung ist für den Sommer angenehm kühl, da die Zimmer nordseitig liegen. Trotzdem ist sie dank großer Fenster in den Aufenthaltsräumen sehr hell.
Im Kinderzimmer befindet sich ein cooles Autobett. In einem weiteren Zimmer gibt es eine große Matratze und einen großes Esstisch sowie Schreibtisch.
Für eine Familie mit Kind wären die Zimmer ideal.
Wichtig ist mir nur, dass sie auf alles acht geben und die Wohnung in einem sauberen Zustand wieder verlassen.
In der Wohnung lebt außerdem noch mein Mitbewohner Felix. Er ist unkompliziert und ruhig und arbeitet als Lektor in einem Verlag.
Die Wohnung kann jederzeit besichtigt werden.
Für eine Kaution von 400 Euro können Sie auch mein Fahrrad mit Korb und Kindersitz das ganze Monat nutzen. Die Kaution wird selbstverständlich bei der Rückgaben vollständig zurückgezahlt.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Donaukanal beim Kolonitzplatz. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 1 oder zu Fuß kommt man schnell in die Innenstadt. Zu der U-Bahn-Station U4/U3 Landstraße sind es etwa 8 min zu Fuß. Der Fluß und der Prater in unmittelbarer Nähe bieten tolle Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Um die Ecke und in den umliegenden Straßen findest du einen Spar, Bipa, Billa, eine Apotheke, tolle Restaurants, ein AltWienerCafehaus und auch ein paar nette Abendlokale.

The apartment is next to the Kolonitzplatz. With Tram 1 or by foot you get in the inner city easily. Undergroundstation U4/U3 Landstraße is only 8 minutes by foot.
The River and the Prater are around the corner just as all kind of shops, restaurants and even a nice old vienna cafe.
