Wir vermieten ab 1.02.2019 ein ca. 14 m² großes Zimmer bis 31.07.2019. Im Preis von 345 EUR sind sämtliche Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Strom, Heizung, WLAN, und Versicherung enthalten. Eine Kaution von 980 EUR wird beim Einzug eingefordert und bei Auszug wieder übergeben.
Durch das große Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell und eignet sich gut zum Lernen zuhause. Das Zimmer wird möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderkasten vermietet.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 3er-WG. Du würdest mit einem Wirtschaftsstudenten aus Deutschland sowie mit einem Piloten aus Litauen zusammenleben. Beide sind unkompliziert, sauber, sozial und kochbegeistert.
Die Wohnung selbst ist ca. 80 m² groß und verfügt zusätzlich über einen Abstellraum, eine große Küche, sowie ein getrenntes Bad und WC. Lift und Gemeinschaftswaschmaschine sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Zur Lage: Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral im dritten Bezirk in der Nähe des Schloss Belvedere gelegen:
2 min Fußweg zur Straßenbahnlinie 71
7 min Fußweg zur S-Bahn Station Rennweg
10 min Fußweg zur U3 Station Kardinal-Nagl-Platz.
Die Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien ist in ca. 15min mit dem Rad und 25 Minuten mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar, die TU und Hauptuni befinden sich an der Straßenbahnlinie 71 und sind somit ebenfalls sehr nahe.
Das Zimmer eignet sich deshalb ideal sowohl für (Austausch-)StudentInnen als auch für Young Professionals oder PraktikantInnen.
Eurospar, Billa und Hofer befinden sich nur ca. 3-4 min Fußweg von der Wohnung entfernt.

We have a single room for rent from February 1st 2019 to the end of July 2019. The room is 14m2 big and is newly furnished with a bed and mattress, a cupboard, a desk and a carpet.
The monthly rent of the room is €345 euros and €980 of deposit that are paid upon arrival and reimbursed at the end of the sublease period.
You will have another two roommates, that are open-minded, clean and uncomplicated with whom you share the kitchen and the bathroom. The flat is centrally located and very good connected to public transport. Therefore, you can reach Schwarzenbergpatz (1. district) within 10 minutes (with the tram 71) or WU University, TU or Uni Wien within 25min or even faster by bike.
The room is therefore suitable for both (international) students as well as young professionals or
Interns.
For grocery, Billa, Spar and Hofer are reachable within 3-4min walking.
