Wir bieten ein schönes und komfortables Zimmer in unserer modernen Wohnung in Wien.
Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner dem wie uns ein sauberes Zusammenleben wichtig ist.
Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe des ersten Bezirks, welchen man innerhalb von 10-15 zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Viele Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar (3 min). Das nächste Einkaufszentrum (Wien Mitte) ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt auch einen Lebensmittelmarkt (Rochusmarkt) etwa 6 Minuten entfernt.
Die WU ist ca 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (sonst 2 Stationen mit der Bim) und die Uni Wien ist 20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt.
Der Bus und die Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind gleich um die Ecke, die nächste U-Bahnstation ist ca. 6 min entfernt.
Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und auch die Küche wurde erst beim Ersteinzug vor 2 Jahren neu eingebaut
Im Preis inbegriffen: Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und alle Möbel würde ich für 400 Euro an dich so übergeben.
Wir Chrissy, Alex und Christoph sind 20-25 Jahre alt und Studenten/Absolventen. Wir gehen öfters gern gemeinsam auf ein Bier und chillen gemeinsam in der Wohnung.

Hi!
We are offering a nice and comfortable room in our modern apartment in Vienna.
We are searching for a girl or a guy with good manners!
The apartment is located quite near to the center of Vienna, considering that you can reach the first district within 10-15 min by walk.
Many grocery stores are reachable within walking distance (3 min). The nearest shopping mall (Wien Mitte) is only 10 minutes away too. There is also a fresh food market (Rochusmarkt) about 6 minutes away.
It takes around 15 min. to reach WU and 20 min to reach the main building of the UNI WIEN!
The bus and the tram station are just around the corner, the next underground station takes about 6 min per feet or one bus station (Rochusgasse U3).
The apartment is newly renovated and the room is fully furnished. For 400 Euros you will get all the furniture you see in the picture.
In the price included: Electricity, water, heating and internet.
Your house mates will be Chrissy, Alex and Christoph, all of them are between 20 and 25 years old and students or recent graduates. Alex finished their studies at WU and Christoph is studying law. We are very nice, easy-going people and we'll gladly try to help you with any problems you may have. 🙂
