Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und mit allem was man braucht und Waschmaschine (zusätzlich eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner im Waschraum im Keller), Geschirrspüler ist gerade in Reparatur, Bad mit Badewanne, getrenntes WC und 3 getrennt begehbare Zimmer.

the flat is located very centrally (3. district Landstraße): it's near the Stadtpark (~ 2 min by foot) and near the Modenapark (~ 3 min by foot), there's a SPAR-grocery stoor nearby (~ 2 min by foot), there's a mall nearby "Wien-Mitte MALL" (~ 7 min by foot), a super Pizzeria is in our house too 😉 and there are numerous other pubs, cinemas, etc. very close
the flat is located in a very quiet neighborhood with barely traffic noise
