ich vermiete mein Zimmer (ca. 30m²) vom 1. August bis zum 20. September. Der Preis für einen Monat wäre 350€. Wenn ihr es über die ganze Zeit haben wollt, kostet es 610€. Das Zimmer ist natürlich wie auf den Bildern möbliert.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Reisnerstraße im 3. Bezirk und ist 3 Gehminuten vom Stadtpark entfernt. Sie ist 180m² groß, hat einen Balkon und eine riesige Küche. Gratis dazu bekommst du auch noch 3 Mitbewohner, den Magic Mike, Alice und Franka. Diese werden aber eher weniger in der Wohnung sein.
Kaution wäre nach Absprache und am liebsten wäre es mir natürlich, wenn wer über den gesamten Zeitraum bleiben kann. Wenn ihr noch Fragen habt, zögert nicht mir zu schreiben.
Öffis in der Nähe sind: U4 Stadtpark/ U3, U4, S-Bahn Landstraße/ Bus 4a Am Modenapark/ Tram 0 Ungargasse.

Dear all,
I’m renting out my room (about 30m ²) from the 1st of August to the 20th of September. The price for a month would be 350 €. If you want to rent it over the whole period, it costs 610 €. The room is, of course, furnished as shown in the pictures.
The apartment is in Reisnerstraße, 3rd district and is a 3-minute walk away from the Stadtpark. It is 180m² in size, has a balcony and a huge kitchen. The price also includes the 3 roommates: Magic Mike, Alice and Franka. But they won’t be much in the apartment.
Deposit would be by arrangement. Of course, I would prefer someone to stay over the entire period. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask.
Public transportation: U4 Stadtpark/ U3, U4, S-Bahn Landstraße/ Bus 4a Am Modenapark/ Tram 0 Ungargasse.
