gesucht wird ein neuer Mitbewohner/ eine neue Mitbewohnerin in unserer schönen 4-er WG. Zur Verfügung steht ein wunderschönes teilmöbliertes 15qm Zimmer mit Balkon.
Die komplette Wohnung hat circa 120 qm und ist aufgeteilt in 4 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohnzimmer (ca. 25qm), Bad und ein separates WC.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle Vorgartenstraße (U1) entfernt und hat somit eine spitzen Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad braucht man 5 Minuten zur WU. In unmittelbarer Nähe der Wohnung findest du mehrere Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Hofer, Zielpunkt), Restaurants und vieles mehr.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Efe (m), Elena (w) und Magda (w) und sind sehr offene und lustige Menschen und freuen sich darauf dich kennen zu lernen. Es wird sehr gerne zusammengesessen und miteinander gekocht und getrunken :-)
Da es sich hier um eine schon bereits bestehende WG handelt musst du dir um keinerlei Wohnungsutensilien Gedanken machen. Im Preis sind inbegriffen Internet, Fernsehen, Strom/Gas, Inventarbenutzung etc.

Hallo everyone,
We are looking for a flatmates for our 4-rooms-flat. The room is furnished, 15 qm and has a balcony. With two windows on the both sides the room, with lots of sunshine.
The whole flat is 120 qm and has 4 bedrooms, a living room (ca. 25qm), a kitchen, a bath and a separated WC.
The subway station Vorgartenstrasse (U1) is just 5 walking minutes away and the bus 11a drives just from the street behind of our flat. With a bicycle you can drive to Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU) in 5 minutes and also the University of Vienna and the Technical University are with the subway in max 10. minutes reachable. In our neighborhood we also have a number of supermarkets, cafes and green areas.
About the flatmates: we are very enjoyable and happy to meet new people. We love sitting together in the kitchen and take a coffee or tea together or cook together.
The room costs 450, per month and all the other costs (gas, electricity, water, internet) are in the price included.
