Unsere moderne Wohnung besteht aus 4 Schlafzimmern und einer großen Wohnküche. An meinem Schlafzimmer befindet sich auch direkt mein eigenes neu saniertes Badezimmer. Im Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und ein Schrank. Alles hier ist möbliert, Geschirrspülmaschine und sonstiges Interieur ist bereits vorhanden. Des Weiteren haben wir einen Trockner und eine Waschmaschine. Bilder schicke ich gerne auf Anfrage.
Our flat exists out of 4 rooms and one big kitchen. Each room has its own bathroom and my room is full furnished. We do have also a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. Pictures on request :)
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, die U-bahn Station Vorgartenstraße ist 5 Meter entfernt und am Stephansplatz ist man auch in 5 Minuten. Ein Blick aus dem Fenster zeigt direkt auf die Donau. Eine Citybike Station ist auch direkt vor der Haustüre. Zahlreiche Bars, Restaurants ebenso. Zum Einkaufen (ca 5 min entfernt )bietet sich der Billa, Spar und Hofer an.
The infrastructure around us is perfect. Only 5 meters away you can find the metro station, bank, post office, gym and a few different supermarkets.
Wir sind eine nette und offene 4-er WG. Wichtig ist uns ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander. Streit gibt es bei uns eigentlich nie, da jeder von uns sein eigenes Badezimmer hat und wir somit nur die Küche miteinander teilen.
