Klein aber fein.
Gemütliches 10m² Zimmer in der coolsten 3er WG in der wunderschönen Leopoldstadt zuvergeben. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. Stock in einem frisch renovierten Altbau. Die Wohnung fasst etwa 80m² bestehend aus Vorraum, WC, Badezimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Gang und drei separat begehbare Schlafzimmer. Die Küche bietet einen Backhofen, Gasherd, Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Ich hab ein paar Kräuterbeete angepflanzt welche natürlich zu freien Entnahme sind. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Duschbadewanne ausgestattet.
Das freie Zimmer hat etwa 10m² und ist möbliert mit einer Couch und einem Kasten. Das Zimmer ist zwar klein aber dadurch dass es eine Altbauwohnung ist haben wir 3m hohe Wände und ein dementsprechendes typisches Hochbett würde perfekt passen.

Cozy 10m² room in the coolest 3-person flat in the beautiful 2nd district avaible. The room is located on the 2nd floor in a newly renovated old building. The apartment has about 80m² consisting of entrance hall, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, living room, hallway and three separately accessible bedrooms. The kitchen has a oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and coffee machine. I have planted a few herbs which are of course free to take. The bathroom has a bathtube with addiconal shower..
The free room has about 10sqm and is furnished with a couch abd closet. The room is small but because it is an old building apartment we have 3m high walls and a corresponding typical loft bed would fit perfectly.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage, ca.5 min Fußweg zur WU Wien, ca. 10 Minuten Fahrzeit zur Hauptuniversität. Keine 3 Minuten von der tatsächlichen Haustüre entfernt fährt die U2. Etwa 5 min zu Fuß, oder für unmotivierte Tage eine Station mit der Ubahn, befindet sich der Praterstern mit U1, zahlreichen S-bahnen, Busses und Straßenbahnen.
Auch für Nahversorger braucht man keine großen Strecken zurück zulegen, ca. 1 Minute entfernt befindet sich in beide Straßenrichtungen eine Pizzeria, zahlreiche andere Restaurants, ein Billa, ein Bipa und eine Trafik. Etwa 5 Minuten Gehweg befindet sich ein Penny und in jeweils 2 Ubahnstationen erreicht man Hofer, Spar und Merkur. Das Stadioncenter und die Einkaufsstraße Taborstraße befinden sich nur 2 Ubahnstadionen entfernt. Der Praterstern bietet einen weiteren Billa und damit sogar an Feier- und Sonntag
für einen Nahversorger zum üblichen Preis gesorgt ist.
The apartment is in a perfect location, about 5 minutes walk to WU Vienna, about 10 minutes drive to the main university. About 3 minutes from our door drives the U2. About 5 minutes by foot, or for lazy days days one station with the underground, is the Praterstern with U1, other subway U2, buses and trams.
Also you don´t need to walk a long distances, about 1 minute away is an pizzeria, numerous of other restaurants, a Billa, a Bipa and a tobacco-store. About 5 minutes walk is a Penny and in each case 2 subway stations you reach Hofer, Spar and Mercury. The Stadioncenter and the Taborstraße shopping street are 2 underground stations away. The Praterstern offers another Billa and it´s opened even on public holiyday and Sunday.
Unser WG-Leben:
Ich heiße Sophia (22) komme aus Niederösterreich und bin berufstätig während Boogie (23) aus Polen kommt und an der WU studiert! Die übrigens einen Katzensprung von uns entfernt ist :-) Wir sind zwar recht verschieden, aber wir verstehen uns trotzdem prima, weil wir sehr offen sind.
Am Abend sitzen wir gerne zusammen haben Spaß, trinken Bier und reden ganz gemütlich was uns am Herzen liegt oder was wir für lustige oder nervige Sachen erlebt haben. Außerdem gehen wir gerne zusammen auf Parties oder fahren zum Beispiel für ein Wochenende weg. Natürlich haben wir auch alle unsere Privatsphäre wenn wir mal nen schlechten Tag hatten.
Da Boogie kein Deutsch spricht wird in unserem Haushalt Englisch gesprochen :)
Wenn wir deine Neugierde geweckt haben und/ oder du dir denkst „boah die würde ich gern mal kennenlernen!!“ würden wir uns freuen dich in unserer WG begrüßen zu dürfen!

Boogie is 23 years old studying marketing at WU. She comes from Poland and is a very happy person, she loves bouldering, snowboarding and traveling.
Me, 22 years old, come from Austria and work in the trade. I like take pictures, travel and occasionally I am a small Netflix junkie.
We are both smokers and this is practiced in the living room, so please no "hard" non smoker! We are definitely not a purpose-built WG because we like to explore new places together, go to parties or sit down together for a few beers.Often we also get lost in a series together.
We share food and beer.
As Boogie cant speak german we are basically just talking english.
It´s always hard to describe you and your life so if you think you could fit into the coolest WG´s in Vienna, drop us a message, telling us a little stuff about you and we can meet up in person!
Die Miete beträgt 385€/Monat all inclusive, abgesehen von den Quartalszahlungen der Wiener Netze welche 70€/Person beträgt. Leider Gottes Vorrauszahlung, Da Ellie erst mit 1. April die wohnung verlässt wird sie 1/3 davon übernehmen und von dir wären dann nur noch die restlichen 47€, bei einzug, zu begleichen. Dann wären noch 900€ Kaution zu hinterlegen, diese bekommst du natürlich bei Auszug retour. Auf Grund von schlechten Erfahrungen erfolgt die Schlüsselabgabe erst nach Erhalt der Kaution. Einzugstermin wäre vorraussichtlich der 1. April 2018.

The rent is 385 € / month all inclusive, apart from the quarterly payments of Wiener Netze which is 70 € / person. Unfortunately, pre-payment, since Ellie leaves the apartment until April 1, she will take over 1/3 of it and then you would only have to pay the remaining 47 €, on move-in. Then there would be 900 € deposit, you will get back when moving out of course . Due to bad experiences, the keys are only issued after the deposit has been received. Moving in date is expected to be April 1, 2018.
