Die 3-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im 6. Stock mit Lift und Balkon in der Dresdnerstraße (noch im 2. Bezirk) und ist sehr hell. Zimmer befindet sich ein neuer Kleider-Schrank. Das Zimmer selber ist klein. Es gibt aber einen größeren Wohnungsbereich mit Wohnküche und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juli beziehbar. Verlängerung möglich. Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler sind neuwertig und vorhanden. Kochgeschirr ist auch da.
The appartment ist Close to the city enter. You reach "Schottentor" within 20-25 minutes by public transport (Tramway Nr 2/Subway U2) and the Business School in 15min The flat is located in the street Dresdnerstraße in the 2nd Discrict of Vienna , a multi-ethnic neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is close to the "channel", a nice place to get Drinks in the evening in summer, there are two big parks (Augarten, Prater) and the danube with its Swimming area is very Close as well.
Further more there is a local Trains Station within 5 minutes walk way, to get pretty fast to the main Train Station
Die Wohnung liegt in der Dresdnerstraße an der Grenze vom 20. und 2. Bezirk. Der Augarten ist 5-7 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gibt einige Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe (Hofer, Billa, Etsan etc.). Der Handeslkai und die Donau ist für Läufter*innen und Badefreudige auch nicht weit.
Innere Stadt und Uni Wien sind 15 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt. WU ungefähr 10min.
Öffentlicher Verkehr
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die 2er Straßenbahnlinie. Mit dieser ist man in unter 5min bei der U2 Taborstraße und in 2min (5-10 Gehminuten) bei der 5er Straßenbahn Richtung Praterstern. In der Nähe befindet sich auch die S-Bahnhaltestelle Wien-Traisengasse von der Hauptbahnhof, Bahnhofmeidling, Praterstern und Flughafen rasch erreichbar sind.

I like to read, but like to do sports as well: Aikido, Yoga, Running, Mountaineering and other stuff.
During the time of rent I am just part time in vienna, due to Holidays.
