Hi there!
Since I am leaving during three months for a research stay in Brasil I am renting out my lovely room! The room is about 18 square meters and it's completely furnished, with a big bed, a sofa, a big desk and two cupboards. A big window faces a small street with almost no traffic on it.
The flat has everything you might need, including a great kitchen. It is located in the second district, one of the best neighborhoods in Vienna, with many small bars and restaurants in the area. Karmeltinmarkt is just 3 walking minutes away, as well as the donau canal. U-bahn station Taborstrasse, tram 2 and buses 5A and 5B are within 1 minute of walking distance, Schottenring u-bahn 5 minutes. Billa, Hofer and Spar can also be reached in 1 minute walking. The atmosphere around is very quiet and calm.
You will be sharing the flat with two nice austrian girls, both studying and working. The room will be available from the end of February until the end of May. We are looking forward to your messages!
