Da ich für ein paar Monate wegziehe, suche ich jemanden, der für die Zeit mein Zimmer übernimmt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit, danach länder zu bleiben, undzwar im Zimmer meines Mitbewohners, der im Juni auszieht.
Das freie Zimmer ist praktisch ab sofort verfügbar. Es ist möbliert, vorhanden sind ein Bett (140x200) mitsamt Matratze, Kleiderstange, Kommode, Regal, Schreibtisch und ein großer Teppich. Das Zimmer wird zwar ohne persönliche Gegenstände vergeben, sollte aber bestenfalls mitsamt Wandbehängen, Vorhängen etc. wieder übergeben werden. Genug Platz gibt es aber auf jeden Fall, da das Zimmer mehr als 20qm misst. Außerdem ist der Raum sehr lichtdurchflutet, weil wir im dritten Stock wohnen.
Sämtliche Räume der Wohnung sind separat begehbar und verfügen über Fenster, sowie alle benötigen technischen Geräte (Geschirrspüler, Herd mit Ceranfeld, Waschmaschine, Handtuchtrockner, WiFi-Anschluss, etc.)

I am moving away until June, so I am looking for someone to move into my room for that time with the possibility to take over my flatmates room after he moves out in June, if you want to stay longer.
I am renting out a fully furnished room from now on. The room has a bed (140x200) plus mattress, a clothes rack, a dresser, a bookshelf and a large carpet. Of course all personal items are removed, however the curtains are staying in the room. There is plenty of space in the room as it is more than 20 square metres large and flooded with light due to our position on the third floor.
All rooms of the apartment are accessible separately, all of them have windows as well as all necessary appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, ceran stove, WIFI, etc).

Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Schwedenplatz, neben dem Sofitel im 2. Bezirk. In 5 Minuten kommt man zu Fuß ins Zentrum der Stadt und des Nachtlebens.
U4 Schwedenplatz und U1 Nestroyplatz sind etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt, die Straßenbahnlinie 2 ist so gut wie direkt vor der Haustür.
Alle großen Unis sind von zu Hause sehr gut erreichbar. Die Hauptuni ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, das Hauptgebäude der TU und die WU etwa 20 (2-3 U-bahn Stationen). Zentraler gehts nicht ;)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Genüge, Billa, Spar, Bipa und Hofer sind alle nicht mehr als 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Wir sind in einem der schönsten Teile des zweiten Bezirks, direkt neben dem Donaukanal, mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe!

The apartment ist directly opposite Schwedenplatz, next to Sofitel in the 2nd district. The centre of the city and nightlife hotspots are less than five minutes away.
The closest metro stops are U4 Schwedenplatz and U1 Nestroyplatz, both reachable in three minutes. The tram number 2 stops practically right outside the apartment.
All main unis are super easy to reach from home. The main uni is 15 minutes on foot, the main building of the TU and the WU are both about 20 minutes on foot (or 2-3 metro stations). It can't get any more central than that ;)
We have plenty of grocery shops in our vicinity like Billa, Spar, and Hofer. They're all about five minutes away.
This is one of the most beautiful parts of the second district, directly next to the Donaukanal with plenty of nice restaurants and cozy bars!

Im Moment wohnt mein Mitbewohner Gabriel in der Wohnung, ein 19-jähriger Erasmus Student aus Frankreich. Nach Juni komme ich, Eszter, ebenfalls Studentin wieder und bin deine neue Mitbewohnerin!
Nachdem wir einen etwas turbulenteren letzten Mitbewohner hatten, suchen wir jetzt nach jemand ruhigem und organisiertem. Die Wohnung muss auf jeden Fall mit Respekt behandelt werden und sauber gehalten werden. Wir haben eher empfindliche Nachbarn, daher ist die Wohnung keine Location für Home Parties oder laute Musik spät am Abend.

Currently my flatmate Gabriel, a 19-year-old Erasmus student from France lives in the apartment, here's his little introductory paragraph :)
"My name is Gabriel, I am 19 years old, I am French, and a quite calm person even if I like to party as well ! I workout and take some photos and am a quite social person, I love everyone."
He is staying until June and from then onwards, I, Eszter, am coming back. I am also a university student and I study translation. Currently I am doing my Erasmus in Paris, that's why I'm not home :P
After having had a bit of a turbulent last flatmate, we are looking for someone who is mainly pretty calm, organised and quiet. The apartment should be treated with respect and kept clean at all times. We have sensitive neighbours so this apartment is not a place where homeparties can be held or loud music or noise can be made in the evenings.
Ich (Eszter) bin nur bis Dienstag, 6.2. in Wien, bis dahin halte ich die Besichtigungen, danach kannst du dich gerne mit Gabriel bei uns treffen! Ruf mich ruhig an, machen wir uns was aus und plaudern wir ein bisschen :)
