Klassischer Altbau im Herzen des Karmeliterviertels, 2min vom Augarten entfernt, 5min zu U2 und U4. Ruhig, Fenster zur Ost- und Westseite. Keller, Wohnküche. Ich (Alicja) bewohne derzeit 2 Zimmer in der Wohnung. Bin berufstätig (9 to 5), gehe gerne ins Bikram Yoga und samstags unbedingt auf den Markt. Freue mich über gelegentliches Beisammensein in der Küche, gerne bei einem Bierchen oder einem Glas Wein.
U2, U4 (Schottenring), Tram 31 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Supermärkte: Penny, Billa. Samstags Karmelitermarkt. Straße liegt zwischen Donaukanal und Augarten.
