Das Zimmer hat knapp über 22m², ist im 4. Stock, nach Süd-Südost ausgerichtet und dadurch sonnig und hell. Es ist mit Parkettboden und einem großen Kunststofffenster ausgestattet.
Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und ist vom WC getrennt. Die Küche hat neben Kühl- und Gefrierschrank auch eine Mikrowelle und eine Spühlmaschine. Am Gang gibt es einen großen und sehr praktischen Einbauschrank der von allen 3 WG-Bewohnerinnen für Kleidung, Bettwäsche, Koffer etc. genutzt wird.
Die Lage ist fantastisch! So zentral, dass man fußläufig in 3 Minuten am Praterstern (U1, U2, viele S-Bahnen und Züge, 2 Straßenbahnlinien, 2 Buslinien) in 5 Minuten am Kanal und in 15 Minuten am Schwedenplatz ist. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell überall in der Stadt!
Der grüne Prater liegt fast vor der Haustür und eignet sich super zu entspannen, joggen, sporteln etc. Die Donau und die Donauinsel sind in 1 bzw. 2 U-Bahnstationen zu erreichen. Die WU ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. eine U-Bahnstation entfernt.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären 2 sympathische und nette 26/27-jährige Mädls. Sophie arbeitet gerade an ihrer Masterarbeit im Biocenter, Melanie ist Grafikerin und ist gerade erst eingezogen.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1.5. oder 15. 5. frei, hängt von meiner neuen Wohnung ab und entscheidet sich nächste Woche.
