Neu gegründete WG sucht dich als Übergangsmieter/in! Wir Elly und Alexandra suchen bis Oktober eine/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir studieren beide Lehramt, aber du musst kein Student sein!
Die Wohnung ist 75 qm gross, und alle 3 (getrennt begehnbaren zimmer) haben ca. 8qm. Das Wohnzimmer und Vorzimmer sind dafür sehr geräumig und bieten noch reichlich Stauraum.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert sein, das heisst du brauchst keine eigenen Möbel in den 2. Stock schleppen. Auf den Fotos sind die Zimmer noch unmöbliert und wird noch von den Vormietern ausgeräumt und komplett gereinigt.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut, Fußweg zur U1 Vorgartenstraße/U2 Messe-Prater ist 5 Minuten, die 82A Busstation ist vor der Haustür. Am Praterstern ist man auch in wenigen Minuten und somit an verschiedenen S-Bahnen und Straßenbahnlinien. Der Prater is so gut wie vor der Haustür, sowie die WU.
Die Miete beträgt ca. 380€ warm und eben auch möbliert. Die Provision beträgt 500€, die bekommst du aber bei Auszug wieder.
Das beste daran ist, dass du die Wohnung im Juli und August für dich alleine hast, da wie zwei im Ausland arbeiten. Du musstzahlt also für 75qm nicht einmal 400€ (;

We are looking for a flat-mate until October, as one of our girl-trio won‘t be moving in untill then.
The apartment will be fully furnished and ready for you. The pictures were taken as the people before us were moving out and cleaning the place.
The three bedrooms can all be accessed seperately and have about 8 square metres each, however the living room and ‚entry hall‘ has a lot of space and extra storage.
In 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the underground U1 Vorgartenstrasse or the U2 Messe-Prater. The 82A bus stop is infront of the door. Also the amusement park Prater and the University of economics and business is in short walking distance.
Th price will be 380€ all-in. The rental deposit is 500€ but you‘ll get that back as soon as you move out (:
