für unsere 81 m2 Altbau-Wohnung mit toller Lage im zweiten Bezirk suchen wir ab Anfang Juni eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit Küche, Bad + Dusche und WC, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, 2 Kühlschränke, Internetzugang und befindet sich im dritten Stock ohne Lift.
In der Miete enthalten sind: dein Zimmer, Mitbenützung Gemeinschaftsräume, Strom, Gasetagenheizung und Internet.
Das Zimmer ist 22 m2 groß, ist sehr hell, da es zwei neue große Fenster hat. Ausgerichtet auf eine kleine Straße, die jedoch eher ruhig ist. Möbel (wie Schreibtisch) können zum Teil auch übernommen werden.

Hi.
For our apartment (81 square meters) located in the 2nd district of Vienna we are looking for a new roommate from the beginning of June.
The apartment is a 3-4 minutes walk away from the subway station U2 Messe-Prater. In addition, the line U1 is very easy to reach, within an 8 minutes walk or one bus stop you are at the station Vorgartenstraße, which brings you the city centre (Karlsplatz) in about 10 minutes. Perfect Location for WU-students.
The apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, bathroom + shower and toilet, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, internet access and is located on the third floor without elevator.
The rent includes: your room, shared use of common areas, electricity, gas heating and internet.
The room is 22 square meters, it is very bright, as it has two new large windows, aligned to a small street, which is rather quiet. Furniture (such as a desk) could also be taken over partially, if needed.
About us:
I (Marco, 29, originally from Carinthia, self-employed) and my roommate Eugen (29, originally from South Tyrol, civil engineer) currently live in the apartment. However, since we are both at work almost the whole day, it is a rather uncomplicated flat share. Since I will leave Vienna at the beginning of June due to my work, I will only be here once about every 3 weeks, so I would move to the smaller room (Kabinett) in the apartment and the larger room will be free for you.

Die Wohnung ist ca. 3-4 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn Station Messe-Prater entfernt, durch die tolle Lage bist du also innerhalb von 15 Min. in der Innenstadt und innerhalb 5 Min. im Grünen im Prater. Super Lage für WU-Studenten. Zusätzlich ist auch die Linie U1 sehr gut zu erreichen, innerhalb von 8 Gehminuten oder eine Station mit dem Bus ist man bei der U1 Station Vorgartenstraße.
Kurz zu uns:
Ich (Marco, 29, ursprünglich aus Kärnten, selbstständig tätig) und mein Mitbewohner Eugen (29, ursprünglich aus Südtirol, Bauingenieur) wohnen derzeit zu zweit in der Wohnung. Da wir beide jedoch ziemlich viel in der Arbeit sind, ist es ein recht unkompliziertes WG-Leben. Da ich ab Juni aufgrund meiner Arbeit, nur noch ca. alle 3 Wochen in Wien sein werde, würde ich zukünftig in das kleinere Zimmer / Kabinett ziehen, das momentan leer steht, weshalb das größere Zimmer frei wird.
