Wenn du auf der Suche nach einem Zimmer für den Sommer bist und zentral in einem großen, gemütlichen Zimmer wohnen willst, bist du hier genau richtig!
Mein Zimmer wird den Sommer über von Ende Juni bis Ende August zur Zwischenmiete frei sein.
Im Zimmer steht ein 2x1.40 m großes Bett (Bettwäsche/Bettüberzüge stehen auch zur Verfügung für der/die ZwischenmieterIn), ein Schreibtisch, eine große Couch, Kleiderkasten, und einen netten Balkon.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucher-WG, jedoch kann ohne Weiteres am Balkon geraucht werden. Das Zimmer ist zur Straße raus, aber sehr ruhig (es liegt im 4. Stock).
Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmern, 1 Bad, 1 WC, ein Flur und eine Küche (in der wir viel zusammen sitzen).

If you are looking for a central, nice and big room during the summer months, you are in the right place!
My room is going to be available from the end of June until the end of August (2 months during summer).
The room is fully furnished, with a 2x1.40m bed (incl. fitting bedclothes, blankets and pillows), a beautiful work desk, a big sofa, wardrobe, a rack and a balcony with desk and chairs.
The room is really comfortable during the summer, as the sun comes directly after the midday, so it does not get really warm inside. The room´s windows are direct to the street and pretty calm and quiet (4th floor). So no problem to sleep with open windows.
Die Lage ist super zentral, auch wenn man du Lust hast auf Volleyball, Fußball, oder lieber in der Sonne liegen willst: Die WG liegt genau zwischen dem Prater und Augarten, jeweils in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Haltestelle Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, 5, 5B, 30, 0) befindet sich 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Direkt vorm Wohnhaus befinden sich 3 Supermärkte (Lidl, Penny und Bipa). Den 1. Bezirk kann man in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß oder mit U-Bahn erreichen. Auch die Donauinsel, von der aus man in die Donau hüpfen kann, ist mit der U-Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Min entfernt.

The flat is really central location. Even if you are up to play volleyball, football or just enjoying the sun: the flat is located between Prater and Augarten, 5 minutes walking in each case.
The station Praterstern (U1, U2, S-Bahn, 5, 5B, 30, 0) is 5 minutes walk from the flat. There are 3 supermarkets directly in front of the house (Lidl, Penny and Bipa). You can reach the first district in some minutes, walking or with the subway. The Donauinsel is also 10 minutes away, with the bike or with the subway, where you can enjoy the sun.
Du würdest über den Sommer mit meiner Mitbewohnerin, Laura (24) zusammenwohnen, die Soziologie studiert und ansonsten gerne Krapfen isst.
You would live during the summer with my flatmate Laura (24). She studies sociology and she really likes eating Krapfen 😊
