Die Wohnung liegt direkt bei der U1- Station Vorgartenstraße im 2. Bezirk Wiens.
Diverse Supermärkte (Nah&Frisch und Billa beim Praterstern haben sogar Sonntags geöffnet), andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch die Donauinsel sind in der Nähe



The apartment is located right next to the U1-SubwayStation Vorgartenstraße.
Multiple supermarkets (including the Nah&Frisch and Billa at Praterstern, which are open on sundays) and various other shopping opportunities as well as the Danube island are located within walking distance.

Mein Freund Fela (wohnt zwar nicht bei mir aber ist sehr oft anwesend)

Mein Hund Balduin
- Kleiner Dackelmischling
- Schüchtern und braucht eine Weile, bis er sich an neue Menschen gewöhnt
!!! Daher solltest du Hunde unbedingt mögen und keine Angst vor ihnen haben da er Fremde anfangs leider anbellt!!!

Generell sind wir alle sehr nett und beißen nicht 😉

Was wir uns in einer/m Mitbewohner/in wünschen:

-Du bist sehr offen und tolerant. Jegliche/r Homophobie, Rassismus, etc. sind in dieser Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
- Du bist kein extremer Ordnungsfreak, aber nimmst auch mal von selbst den Staubsauger in die Hand, ohne dass wir einen nervigen Putzplan erstellen müssen
- Du bist ein ruhiger Mitbewohner, dessen Musik man z.B nicht 24/7 durch die Wände hört
- Du bist verlässlich, vor allem was die Zahlungen angeht
- Das ist keine Party-WG. Ständige Hausparties sind daher unerwünscht. (Natürlich ist es hin und wieder nach Absprache ok)
- Du spricht entweder fließend deutsch oder englisch
- Du bist eine Einzelperson, mit einem Pärchen wirds hier leider zu klein
- Du bist generell eine angenehme Person, mit der man auch mal gut quatschen kann 😉

- very shy and needs a while until he can trust new people
!!! Therefore you should love dogs and aren't afraid of them cause barks at strangers!!!

Generally we are all very nice and don't bite though 😉

What we're looking for in our new flatmate:

- You're very open and liberal (homophobia, racism, etc. is not welcome in this apartment)
- You're not a neatfreak, but clean once in a while without us having to establish an annoying cleaning-schedule
- You're a quiet and pleasant flatmate
- You're reliable, especially when it comes to paying your rent
- Since this is not a party flat, house parties every weekend are not welcome (of course it's possible every once in a while- communication is key!)
- You speak either german or english fluently
- You're one person, unfortunately we do not have enough space for a couple
- You're generally a pleasant and fun person!

Nach Absprache ist eventuell auch ein früheres Einzugsdatum möglich.
