Ich suche eine MitbewohnerIN für meine 65m2 große komplett neusanierte Wohnung im 2. Bezirk. Ich werde voraussichtlich nur 2-3 Tage die Woche in der Wohnung sein, die restliche Zeit hast du die Wohnung für dich :) Es handelt sich um eine nicht einsehbare Mezzaninwohnung, nur 3 Gehminuten von der U-bahnstation U1 Vorgartenstraße und 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der neuen Wirtschaftsuniversität und der U2 Station Messe entfernt. Die Donau befindet sich direkt über der Straße und lädt zu gemütlichen Spaziergängen oder auch anstrengenden Joggingtouren ein.
Die Wohnung teilt sich auf in ein großes Vorzimmer mit Garderobe, Küche, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer und ein großes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Fußbodenheizung :) Dein Zimmer hat ca. 12m2, ein großes Fenster und eine komplett neue Heizung. Wlan und Fernsehanschluss stehen dir ebenfalls zur Verfügung und sind im Preis zusammen mit den Betriebskosten schon inkludiert. Ein 140x200 großes Bett mit Matratze könntest du um 250€ von meiner ehemaligen Mitbewohnerin abkaufen.
Nun zu dir: Du solltest zwischen 20 und 35 Jahre alt und Nichtraucherin sein und Ordnung mögen.
Ich selbst heiße Tanja, bin 25 Jahre alt, habe Jus studiert und mache gerade meine Gerichtspraxis.

English Version:
I am looking for a flatmate for my 65m2 fully renovated appartment in the popular 2nd district, right next to the Danube river. The rent includes WiFi and all operating costs. My name is Tanja, I am 25 years old and will only stay in the flat for about 2 to 3 nights a week, so you will have the flat for your own most of the time.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a wardrobe, three rooms and a big bathroom with bath tub, washing machine, shower and floor heating. Your room is about 12m2 large and you can buy my former flatmate's bed 140x200cm for 250€.
What’s more, the Danube River is right across the street. It is an awesome place to relax, do sports or go for a swim.
Also there are many supermarkets (Spar, Eurospar, Penny, Hofer, Billa) and drug stores (Bipa, DM), as well as pharmacies, banks and a post office around the corner. The U1-Metro Station „Vorgartenstraße“ is just a 5 minutes walk and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the city centre by metro. Furthermore, the WU is only 15 minutes by foot.
