Hi ich hab ein Zimmer zu vermieten, zwischen 1.Sept2019-31Okt2019. Es hat 12qm, möbliert mit Hochbett, Tisch, Regale, Schubladenkästen, alles da, Fenster hofseitig, morgends kommt die Sonne rein, kostet 300Euro und liegt am Max Winter Platz,
hier ist ein kleiner Park direkt vor der Haustüre, der super grüne Praterpark ist aber auch gleich um die Ecke, so wie die WU. Die Wohnung liegt in der Mitte zwischen U1, U2 (>>Hauptuni 4 Stationen!) und einer Sbahnstation, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch, eine wirklich super Lage finde ich.
Ich bin 28 und studiere im Master Psychologie, ich bin ein unkomplizierter, respektvoller Mensch, lache gern, easy,
ich wünsch mir nur jemanden, der mit mir in der Zeit auch auf die Wohnung achtet, auch aufräumt und mithilft, dass wir eine schöne Wohnung haben. Ich liebe Kontaktimpro, Tanzen, Pflanzen, Impro Jazzbars, Radeln, Blödeln, deepe ehrliche Gespräche und nach Demos auf irgendwelchen Parties hängen bleiben. Leider ist aber zur Zeit heftig Masterarbeit angesagt, daher kann ich nicht eure abendliche Begleiterin sein, da muss ich doch sehr konzentriert bleiben. Hi I offer a room for rent, 12^2 (fully furnitured) for 300Euro @ Max Winter Platz (beautiful park in front, perfectly located between Subway 1 and 2 (Hauptuniversität 4 stations only), Sbahn, Shopping, Praterpark near for leisure time activities, next to WU, easy :) I am a Masters student, 27, openminded, loud laughing and freedom giving, but i really wish for somebody similary clean as me, not to less, not too much, but helping fairly in the household. I love contact dance, plants, jazzbars, to go by bike to the lake, being silly, deep and honest talks and getting beery at parties after demos. Unfortunately, i have to write my master thesis till Oktober, so i have to be quite concentrated and will not be able to join you too often, to get out. Never the less, Looking forward for your message! Please write a little bit more about yourself.
