Hallo, da ich in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe, suche ich eine/n Nachmieter/in für mein 13m² großes Zimmer in einer 2er WG in der Wohlmutstraße im 2. Bezirk. Miete all inkl. 340€ und Kaution 680€. Die Wohnung ist in perfekter Lage gleich neben U2, U1, der WU und dem grünen Prater sowie Donauinsel und Innenstadt!
Das Zimmer ist derzeit als Zwischenmiete verfügbar da mein Mitbewohner wahrscheinlich Ende Oktober ins Ausland umziehen wird. Zeitraum ist flexibel, ev. auch ab den 26./27.08 verfügbar.

Hello, as I will move in my own apartment I am looking for someone to take over my 13m² room in a 2 persons flat on Wohlmutstraße, in the 2nd district. The rent is 340€ all included and the deposit 680€. The apartament is in a perfect location in near U2, U1, WU and the green Prater and Donauinsle and the city center!
The room is currently available as until end of October as my flat mate is considering relocating abroad. The period of time is flexible, and it could also be available starting August 26th/27th.
