Das 20qm große Altbau-Traumzimmer ist im Februar frei!
Es hat zwei riesige Fenster in einen ruhigen grünen Innenhof, die für viel Licht und Sonne sorgen, schönen Parkettboden und altbautypisch hohe Wände.
Begehbar ist das Zimmer vom Flur aus - zusätzlich hat es eine Verbindungstür zum Mittelzimmer (Wohnzimmer), die aber kaum genutzt und deshalb schallisolierend abgedichtet wurde.

The room has two large windows facing the quiet inner courtyard so you get lots of light and sunshine, a beautiful old wooden floor and very high ceilings.
You enter from the hallway - there is also a door to the living room that we haven't used and therefor isolated.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt!
Zur U-Bahn Station U2 Messe/Prater sind es nur wenige Schritte (auch in gemütlichem Tempo bist du in unter einer Minute von der Haustür in der U-Bahn) und der Praterstern mit U1, U2, Straßenbahnen, S-Bahn und Bussen ist ebenfalls gleich um die Ecke.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der Ausstellungsstraße (Penny, Hofer, Bipa) oder am Praterstern reichlich.
Im grünen Prater kann man super Laufen und Spazieren gehen.
Man ist sowohl in der Innenstadt, als auch an der Donau, in 10-15 Minuten.

The location of the apartment is just perfect!
It's only a few steps away from the U2 stop Messe/Prater (even for slow walkers it's under one minute from our doorway into the subway) and the Praterstern with U1, U2, trams, buses and S-Bahn is also just around the corner.
There's lots of shops very nearby on Ausstellungsstraße (Penny, Hofer, Bipa) or at the Praterstern.
You can go running or for a walk in the Grüner Prater.
Both the inner city and the danube are within a 10-15 minute subway ride.
Mit dir wohnen würde Olya, die gerade Ihren Bachelor in Theater-, Film- und Medienwissenschaften abgeschlossen hat.
Davor hat sie in der Ukraine bereits ein Germanistikstudium abgeschlossen - in Wien ist sie seit vier Jahren und spricht fließend Deutsch und Englisch (und Französisch auf Duolingo-Niveau!).
Ihre größten Interessen sind Filme, Serien und Pop-Kultur, sie ist immer für einen Filmabend und ein (bis vier) Gläser Wein zu haben.

You would live here with Olya, who has just finished her bachelor's degree in theatre, movie and media sciences.
Before that she has already finished a degree in German studies in the Ukraine - she has been in Vienna for about four years now and is fluent in German and English (she also speaks French on a very basic Duolingo-Level!).
Her biggest interests are movies, series and pop culture, she's always up for a movie night and one (to four) glasses of wine.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1.2. frei, den Einzug können wir aber relativ flexibel gestalten (genauso wie die Mietdauer).
