We are renting this big room in our flat. It has about 23qm and with its big windows there is plenty of light, although they are heading north. The room wil be left unfurnished, except for the bunk bed, for which your previous tenant would like to have 200€, the stairs are gonna be replaced by a ladder though.
If you love to spend your freetime outside you are going to love the location oft he flat! It takes a 3 minute bike ride/ 7 minutes walking to get to the green prater. A perfect place for sports activities or just relaxing in nature.
The price of 400 is not all inklusive, additionally 12.50 for internet and your share of the rent would be 412,50. As we are planning to change provider for gas and Electricity it can get a bit cheaper.
Public transportation is accessible in minutes. Two buslines (11A, 11B) stop right in front of the house and the subway stations U1 and U2 are only a 5-7 minutes walk away.
All kind of Grocery stores are accessible in a few minutes as well and we also have a lot of awesome cafes and restaurants int he neighboorhood.
You will be sharing the flat with a COUPLE Theresa (23) and Nico (27), both from Bavaria. Theresa is studying social work, Nico is studiying UBRM at BOKU. We like to cook and spending our freetime outside. We are also very chill and like to have a good chat with a glass of beer or wine 😊
