In unserer 3er WG wird ein Zimmer frei, da ich ins Ausland ziehe.
Das gemütliche Zimmer ist schön aufgeteilt und bietet Platz für Schreibtisch, Bett und Kommode/Schrank. Gleich neben dem Zimmer ist ein extra Raum wo du 4 große Schränke hast um alles unterzubringen (Super für Koffer, Wäscheständer, Bettwäsche aber auch Klamotten finden Platz)
Das Zimmer selbst ist 15 m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster zum Hof (dadurch sehr ruhig - keinerlei Straßenlärm) Da die Wohnung sich im 4ten Stock befindet und wir keine direkte Mauer gegenüber haben ist es immer schön hell. Im Sommer sehr grün mit Bäumen im Hof inklusive Vögelgezwitscher :)
Neben dem Zimmer gibt es noch zwei andere, ein größeres und ein kleineres, sowie Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Bad (mit Badewanne) und getrennt davon eine Toilette.

One of three rooms in our flat will be available soon because I'm moving abroad.
The comfy room is nicely divided, and there is room for a desk, a bed, and a closet. There's a room next to it where there are four big closets to store everything you want (suitcases, laundry rack, bed linen, clothes, etc.)
The room has around 15m² and a big window to the yard (very quiet - no noise from the street) The flat is on the 4th floor and very bright. In the summer very green in the yard with birds chirping :)
There are two more rooms, one bigger and one smaller, a kitchen with a place to sit and eat, a bathroom with a tub and a separate toilet.
Ca 4 Gehminuten zum Nestroyplatz (U1) oder Praterstern (U1, U2, Straßenbahnlinien 5 und O, Buslinien 5B, 80A, 82A sowie Sbahnen und Züge) In 5 Gehminuten ist man im Prater, oder Donaukanal und auch der Augarten ist nicht weit. Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM sind alle in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

4 Minutes to Nestroyplatz (U1) Praterstern (U1, U2, Tram 5 and O, Bus 5B, 80A, 82A also Sbahn and Trains) In 5 Minutes you are in the green Prater and at the Donaukanal. Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM in walking distance.
Du würdest mit Tanja (Studentin, arbeitet nebenbei) und Sandra (Arbeitet und schreibt ihre Masterarbeit) zusammenwohnen. Beide sind viel unterwegs aber auch gerne zuhause und so trifft man sich gern in der Küche um über alles Mögliche zu quatschen. Es wäre schön wenn sich jemand findet der längerfristig in der Wohnung leben möchte!

You would live with Tanja (Student and also working) and Sandra (Working and writing on her Masters Thesis). They are both out a lot but also like to be at home and so we often meet in the kitchen to have a chat. It would be nice to find someone who would like to stay for more than just some months.
In der Miete von € 352 inbegriffen sind Internet, Heizung und Warmwasser. Dazu kommen alle 3 Monate 48 € für den Strom. Die Gesamtmiete pro Monat beläuft sich dann auf € 368
Beim Einzug sind € 1170 Kaution zu zahlen und eine kleine Ablöse für die Möbel die du behalten möchtest.

The Flat costs € 352 with Internet, Heating and warm water. Electricity is 48 € every three months so the overall rent is € 368 per month.
There is a deposit of € 1170 you will have to pay, and if you want to keep some of my furniture there will be a small compensation.
