Wir (Lisa bzw. Sophie und Celine) suchen eine/einen ZwischenmieterIn für den Zeitraum Mitte April bis Ende Oktober 2019, weil unsere dritte Mitbewohnerin ein Praktikum in Griechenland macht.
Mitbewohnerinnnen: 24(Lisa bzw. ab Juli Sophie) und 25(Celine) Jahre alt. Wir studieren und arbeiten nebenbei.
Zur Wohnung: 2. Bezirk in einer hellen, renovierten, etwa 70m² großen Altbauwohnung mit eigenem Garten (70m²). Kein Wohnzimmer aber geräumige Küche, 2 Bäder. Da wir in unserer Wohnung sehr familiär zusammenwohnen, wolle wir auch als ZwischenmieterIn eine Person, die sich für’s Zusammenleben interessiert und sich ein bisschen einbringt (Gießen, Putzplan, mal ein Gläschen zusammen trinken). Nichtraucherwohnung. Keine Haustiere.
Nächste Ubahnstationen: U2 Messe-Prater und U1 Vorgartenstraße 10 bzw. 5 min.
Zum Zimmer (14m²) Es ist nicht das größte Zimmer, aber durch das Hochbett (1,40 m) gewinnt man ein bisschen Platz. Das Bild vom Zimmer ist nicht sehr aussagekräftig, aber ihr kommt am besten selbst vorbei um es zu besichtigen. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert: Kaution 500€.
Mietanteil 400€/Monat incl. Betriebskosten und Internet

Hello everyone
We (Lisa bzw. Sophie and Celine) are looking for a temporary flatmate to replace our third flatmate during her internship in Greece. We’d like to rent the room from the 12th April 2019 until End of October 2019.
Flatmates: 24 + 25 both studying
Flat: 2nd district of Vienna, renovated flat with high ceilings, 70m², Garden (70m²). We’ve got no separate living room, but a roomy kitchen and 2 Bathrooms.
As we appreciate the family atmosphere in our flat, we’d like to find a sociable flatmate interested in sharing house work and moments. Non-smoker apartment. No pets.
Subway stations are only a 5-10 minutes-walk away (U1 Vorgartenstraße and U2 Messe-Prater)
Room (14m²): The room is quite small (9,5m²), but the loft bed provides more space. Fully furnished: 500€ deposit.
Monthly rental fee: 400 € including all costs and wifi.
