If you are looking for a room in a very good located area - here you are.
The room is 22 m2 and has everything you need.
It comes fully furnitured, as well as a nice view out of the window, and very silent.

Im Zimmer hat man mit 22qm genügend Platz, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Zimmer liegt an leisen Seitenstraße, und ideal um in der Nacht zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (siehe Fotos)
The flat is perfectly located. The area is called "Stuwerviertel" and offers a wide range of different activities and really shows, the "real" vienna.
Located next to the Prater, the WU and surrounded by a lot of nature, like Praterallee and Donauinsel, it invites for outdoor activities, sports etc.
The underground station is called "Messe-Prater", you can reach it within 1 minute.
As well as the station "Praterstern", which offers you, next to sunday shopping (which is rare in Vienna) perfect traffic connections through the city.
You have a lot of shops for your daily need, as well as a little market (Vorgartenmarkt) which offers delicous veggies from farmers around vienna every friday and sat, as well as a cute little coffeeshop and restaurants.

Die Wohnung ist 1 min zu Fuß von der U-Bahnstation Messe/Prater entfernt. Man ist also sehr gut angebunden. Die WU ist in Sichtweite, also perfekt für Studenten. Man ist auch sofort im Grünen. Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man ca. 5 min bis zur Donauinsel, wo man im Sommer super baden kann und das Leben genießen kann. Wer gerne joggt kann sich im Prater-Park austoben, im Prinzip ein Wald mitten in Wien und das quasi direkt vor unserer Haustür.
Fürs Einkaufen gibts in der Nähe viele Supermärkte, Hofer, Billa ein paar Meter entfernt.
Ines, Johannes and Ahmed are living in the flat.
Ines from France, works as a trainee at a beverage company in marketing.
Johannes from Bavaria is studying medicine and just moved in.
Ahmed from Egypt, brings Arab hospitality to Austria. He loves to cook in the evening and invite everyone.
We try to keep our life in the flat simple, relaxed and uncomplicated. We like to do things together and talking with each other, and relax if we are looking for silence. There is no cleaning plan, but there is a cleaning lady :)
In the evening we like to sit on our terrace and enjoy a glass of red wine in the sunshine or the starry sky.

In der WG wohnen Ines, Johannes und Ahmed.
Ines kommt aus Frankreich und arbeitet als Praktikantin bei einem Getränkehersteller im Bereich Marketing.
Johannes aus Bayern studiert Medizin und ist gerade erst eingezogen.
Ahmed kommt aus Ägypten und bringt die arabische Gastfreundlichkeit mit nach Österreich. Er liebt es Abends zu kochen und alle einzuladen.
Wir versuchen unser WG Leben einfach, entspannt und unkompliziert zu halten. Wir unternehmen und quatschen gerne miteinander, und ziehen uns zurück falls uns nach Ruhe ist. Es gibt keinen Putzplan, dafür gibt es eine Putzfee :)
Abends sitzen wir gerne auch mal auf unserer Terrasse und genießen bei Sonnenschein oder Sternenhimmel ein Gläschen Rotwein.
